Schnucks Pekin

Employees were VERY helpful and knowledgeable. Store was exceptionally clean and they had a wide variety of brands and products. I checked online 1st to make what I wanted was in stock and that made my shopping so much easier (and EVERYTHING I wanted was in stock 🙂).
My 1st time there but it won't be my last!

Very clean. Seemed to be well stocked. Wide variety of items to choose from. The one item I couldn’t find the employee went back to see if he could find it. Very courteous and unbothered by the request. The checkout lanes started to get bogged down so they called for backup and they cleared the lanes quickly. Overall a good shopping experience.

~It was perfect for me. ~ I didn't have to wait ~ I was in and out within less time I allotted myself on my birthday frenzy ~ the items were priced right ~ I had easy availability in getting everything I need.

A little pricey, and doesn't have many of the items that I want...but its not too bad of a store I suppose

Great store! Had everything I needed and then some! I was looking for an item and an employee walked me right to it. I am from out of state, I come here to visit family and always shop at Schnucks when in town!!! ❤

Not the cheapest, but nice selection and Pekin is safer than Peoria.

The deli smells better than the Kroger

Not much for staff there , people need to get out start filling out applications there's jobs available to make everybody else's job a lot easier so I get that. Both have great quality meats and produce and I always find what I'm looking for.

I don't live in the area so I rarely get to Schnuck's in Pekin. That said, it was an enjoyable experience. The staff was friendly and courteous. I went to the store in the hope of finding ghost peppers. Those are not all that popular so I wasn't surprised not to find them. On the other hand I did get some habaneros and they tend to be hard to find too. The store was neat and clean and well stocked. I won't hesitate to go back if the occasion presents itself.

Always clean, can get in and out quickly. Good meat selection and tasty potato salad in the deli! Friendly employees and clean store! Bought some delicious Eckert's peaches today at a good price!

They have quality products @ decent prices also plenty of space for parking... The New York Strips are Killer here

Schnucks is the only place I get my seafood they have great salmon fillets and catfish fillets I only wish is their meat department doesn't open until 10am other then that I love it there

Went in for my monthly stickup & as usual, the store was clean. Stockers were busy filling shelves, butchers were refilling fridges. When I got done shopping & went to pay, all 5 open aisles were busy, but moving fast. About 6 customers were in front of me in the line & I probably only had to wait 4 minutes before my turn. Went thru quickly & on my merry way out to the newly blacktopped & striped parking lot.

This is one of the few, family-owned grocers around anymore. The best meat department, deli and baked goods that taste like Grandma's, are the result of family dedication to their customers.

Occasionally, the prices seem pretty inflated. But the quality, cleanliness and customer satisfaction from friendly workers, makes the higher prices less aggravating.

I love Schnucks and will continue to shop here until fate says otherwise.

Wonderful place to shop very nice selection of produce, deli is great, there are many items you can't buy from the other local stores. Freshly remodeled and easy to navigate in a timely manner. I feel the prices are very competitive and is much more relaxed atmosphere than Walmart. Very helpful & polite workers. Definitely recommend ☆☆☆☆☆
