Walmart Supercenter

Store was organized and had most of the stuff we needed. I really wanted some house fixtures I saw online but those were not available in store..and heard it would take a few days to get there. But great store...good shopping experience!

Great as far as Walmart stores go.... not too crowded and easy parking. Store is very clean.

So after being dropped off by Uber I started shopping and after an hour long I went to cash all my items and the cashier was very pleasant, as I took my phone out to book my Uber I realized that my international roaming wasn’t working so I couldn’t book my Uber and the Walmart Wi-Fi was not working. I was basically stranded, trying to figure out how I could get home. As I was going back in to help and employee came out and I asked for some assistance, he helped me in every way he could even tried to hotspot me some internet. So a big thanks to Rohan with your help I got home safe and I’m truly grateful.

Super busy during the holidays but, a great selection of everything and easy to get around.

I spent the day with my great grandson and on my way to my house I had him stop at thus Walmart which was close to where he lives in Pembroke Pines. The store was a little crowed but lines moved fast. I found everything I needed in no time flat and checked out. The staff was very friendly and do was the cashier that checked me out. The store was very clean and it was a pleasure shopping there.

This is my favorite Walmart, unfortunately someone started a fire and we weren't able to finish our shopping. Thank heaven no one was hurt, and the culprit was arrested. So darn sad. 😔

So just about everyone knows how the average experience goes at any given Walmart if you're in America. The stores are pretty great at providing almost anything you'll ever need at pretty affordable prices.
But this post isn't so much about this store (for reference store #1511- Miramar Florida) as it is the gentleman pictured here.
I've shopped at many Walmarts over the years and every so often you meet a rare gem who gives you a pleasant encounter. Well needless to say this guy Mr. Martin, also a manager, has helped me on numerous occasions with returns, purchases and even locating certain items within the store. And I've watched as he ever so pleasantly helped others on any given visit. Last Friday My husband and I went by the store just to do a curb pickup and upon our arrival, I pointed Mr. Martin out to my husband as "the guy who is also so kind to people". My husband said to me, " tell him what you think of him, sometimes people just need that simple thanks or pat on the back, it might make his day". Mr. Martin approached us with a friendly greeting as I knew he would, assisted us and was on his way to another customer. And so we waited! As he was done helping others we waved him over, I decided to share with him, my appreciation for his friendly and helpful nature. His response was everything!
And I quote... " Thank you so much ma'am, without the customers there is no walmart without walmart there's no me, I have been on this job for 20 years and I have seen many people come and go and the only thing that keeps me coming back everyday is because I get the opportunity to help people and bring smiles to their faces"...
he went on to explain that he loves what he does. And that he is a spiritual person. And that he believes God sent us by as angels to remind him that he is doing well.

Mr. Martin's response was everything I needed to understand his character is genuine and remarkable. I asked his permission for a picture just so I could write this review. He was astonished, ever so humble.

I'm all about sharing my experiences with others to help them understand the levels of service as it relates to quality and values. And Mr. Martin is nothing short of excellence as such. I believe it's safe to say I choose this location because of Mr. MARTIN more than I do for convenience.

It's a poor taste to the mouth of a customer that doesn't enjoy spending their hard earned money in any business establishment, so when you find good people who appreciate and value the customer... You gotta take time and recognize those rare gems!

Mr. Martin Thank you for your daily impacting impressions. It goes farther than just a "Shopping Experience". You make the difference! A shining ✨ STAR ✨ indeed.

Great experience I received a lot of help looking for what I needed by guy on the night shift named Lawrence.he was very attentive and insightful on where to find what we needed he had a great attitude.and was kind and polite each time I needed assistance without becoming agitated this guy has great customer service skills.

Conecuh sausage, from Evergreen, Al. And croissants for my version of breakfast sandwich. They always have the majority of our needed products.. They are convient to the I-95 off Broward.

Surprisingly short lines today. Hurricane Dorian is approx 1 day away. Seems like they opened more registers... finally Wally World... shelves were restocked AND propane truck came this morning!!!! Easy in and easy out today for a Sunday!

Great super fast enough workers at registers

I notice this Walmart carries items that are not readily available at the store closest to me. I usually frequent the store on US-441. I believe it has a lot to do with where it's located. The store was also fully stocked. If I were to comment on anything it would be customer service throughout the store. After walking around a bit I finally met a very nice store representative. She walked us to the aisle and even offered alternatives to what we were looking for in another department.
