The store has beer but otherwise is generally empty... the bread and croissantsThey have for sale expired months ago and are covered in mold. Whole place smells like bleach.

I went there to get gas I had $0.70 off per gallon. The worker told me he didn’t know anything about this program and it was not his problem. I explained to him and he proceeds to talk in a foreign language to someone on the phone. I told him it was his problem but as usual you get screwed. I called StopnShop Corporate and informed them. I will never get anything there even if you are giving it away. Had to give one star in order to post. I give this station a negative 10

Be very careful about using your rewards points here. I had the pump shut off halfway and lost .50 cents to the gallon. Kid behind the counter was useless. This is the second time this has happened to me. Pump 1.

They only had one employee there who did not know how to use the machines properly. He tried to charge me the cost for an entire 6 pack for one item. And he couldn’t understand that I was saying there was an error. There wasn’t anyone else around to help him. Either there was a lost in translation or he was entirely to new to be left by himself.

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. I’m so livid right now. I just went to Shell gas station on 17k in Newburgh to get gas because I have the stop&shop gas points where I have 40 cents off per gallon. Well, the attendee Singh (or however you spell it) gave me an attitude when trying to use my card, and then said my card isn’t working. Well I call stop&shop and find out my card is perfectly fine and working. Since I thought it’s probably their machine, I called shell to let them know that it’s not working and I’m going to miss out on my 40 cents off per gallon. I got transferred over to Shell corporate and they gave me $.25 off for my troubles through THEIR program. They told me to wait for it to come in my email and to then use that. After I waited 10 min for it to come through to my email, I went back inside to use it. The attendee gave me SUCH an attitude and told me it’s not working before I even said I’m going to use SHELLS ACTUAL PROGRAM. Then he kept saying it’s not working. Even though it said “processing” and I know it pops up on HIS side and he has to confirm it. This place raises their prices cause they know people use their gas points to get cents off per gallon AND THEN REFUSES TO LET THEM USE IT!!!!!! My brother went a month ago and they even denied him!! Wouldn’t let him even swipe his card!!! Told him they don’t do the cents off per gallon with stop&shop... when it’s posted EVERYWHERE that you should get a stop&shop card to earn cents off per gallon!!! There’s even 3 posters on the actual pump that talks about it!!!! I would NEVER go there again and anyone that does, be warned.. they are purposely not letting people use their gas points!!! BOYCOTT THIS GAS STATION.

& also, I’m very friendly so the fact the attendee was being mean and giving me an attitude when I was trying to get my cents off per gallon... blows my mind. I personally shop and stop&shop to earn the points, SO LET ME USE THEM.

&& I wonder how many people they have denied. And how many people decided well since they drove out there to buy their overly expensive gas.

Overall horrible trip. ENTIRE facility needs cleaning. Pumps don't print receipts. Customer service needs work too. This place deserves negative five stars.
