Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

We like Popeyes very much. This one seems to be still under construction, but service and food good.

Went last night and ordered via the mobile app. It took a bit long but that happens sometimes. The lady whom worked at drive thru was very polite, professional and apologized for the wait. Ordered fish sandwich and an apple pie. Was well worth the wait because it was just made.

The drive-thru line moved quickly. It was easy to order. When we got to the front to pay, our food was all prepared, hot, ready, and fresh. Even the fries hadn't been sitting around. We had a large order, so we were shocked we didn't have to pull over and wait. The staff was also extremely courteous.
This was our first time ever at a Popeyes and it was a great experience. And we loved the food! Thanks!

I wish I got the gentleman name that serve myself, granddaughter and son. Very pleasant and helpful. Personality of a Saint. God bless him. If not management he will be. Thank you for your heart felt service

You guys have the best manager there her name is Melina she is so friendly.. first time being there she was so kind ..she was the best person I ever met at Popeyes!!!!Great job Melina Keep it up 👍

Had the truff spicy chicken sandwhich. Phenomenal!!!!!

The food is always fresh and delicious. My order is always accurate and I usually do not have to wait long for my order. Wait times will depend on what you order. They cook most of the food in small batches so it's not sitting under heat lamps for hours so I can appreciate and respect waiting 10 minutes to get fresh food.

Waited 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich at noon... first she made me wait at speaker to even place the order, that was ten minutes alone, then we waited for them to out the meal together and others were waiting also it was horrible
Horrible service.

Prompt & polite service is the hallmark of the fine folks at this establishment. The cheerful & courteous staff swiftly fulfill your order. Definitely get their sweet tea/lemonade combo. It's a great Arnold Palmer. As always the chicken and shrimp were wonderful. My only trifle is with the buffalo sauce. Hardly this store's fault though. That stuff arrives pre-packaged from corporate.

Good service, got my order right and the best chicken sandwich ever

We went to Popeyes to have lunch because we didn't have enough money to go to a restaurant and leave a 20% tip which we like to do or 25%. well I'm going to be honest every once in awhile we like to go to a restaurant and I have to give anybody a tip so this was as good a place as any and we had coupons for it. The food was good service was quick and the staff was friendly we enjoyed our meal and left without tipping.

Sandwich is delicious. Best fast food chicken sandwich I've had.

Stopped at this Popeye's on the way back to West Point. They need to learn how to change out the grease. The Chicken was overcooked. Will not go back to this location again

This Popeyes is clean, service is excellent and the manager Chris is kind to his patrons. They make their chicken fresh and care about the needs of the customers. They deserve a better rep than they have

I love this location! Their staff are so sweet and even recognize my partner and I when we visit. Also they make their food well and it’s always hot and ready! They’re also super clean and it’s our new favorite location.

I stopped by to get the strawberry lemonade (2) which is very delicious and refreshing. I go here when I'm in the area. Food is delicious and fresh and I never had a bad experience.

Honestly, love Popeyes way more than KFC, less fat and actual chicken lol I know two of the managers cuz they used to be my customers way back when but now I'm there customer and they are the best people I know and food there is always fresh. The place inside is super clean too and the staff always looks happy to be there

An exceptionally clean location with a friendly staff. Two indoor games for kids are also a nice touch. Definitely the best maintained Popeyes I have visited.

Chicken sandwich was fresh, hot and not over cooked. Most of all didn't mess up my stomach the next day like other popeyes I've been to
