I definitely would recommend. Today I was helped by David he did such a thorough job. I have a really busy schedule and even through the interruptions that I had he made it as easy and quick as possible.I loved the fact I told him what I wanted and he was just as excited 😁 as I was to receive a perfect match. I wanted to upgrade my cell phone and was recommended by my cell provider to go to The Phone Guys in Everett. Since it wasn’t that far I decided to go. I told David I wanted to see options of cell phones and he showed me a few options. I wanted to finance it in order to easily make monthly payments.

He said I was approved and could get more than a phone. I opted to purchase the iPhone 15 Pro, an accessory and a MacBook Air in a beautiful Rose Gold color.

David was very knowledgeable and explained how the financing worked. I was very pleased to have had David help me as the transaction and detailed information went flawless.

The associates at the Phone Guys in Everett, were very helpful with their customer service, they took their time when helping me understand how my new phone worked, including helping with the transfer of all my info. from my old phone. The Good Guys prices are very reasonable compared to other companys, I would highly recommend this company for any of your phone problems or if you are looking to buy a new phone.

Great experience. They made my ordering process easy and we're extremely professional. The shipping however leaves something to be desired. Pay for expedited is all I'm saying.

I had the absolute best visit of my life. An extraordinary experience in and out. David was a real treat to work with. He got right to the point, answered all of my ridiculous questions to the best of his ability, and generally took care of me. If you are looking for a tiered tech store, look no further. I was very happy with my service. The guys were so friendly and fixed my phone so quickly. They saved all my pictures and stuff. I was so worried I would lose them. I am one happy customer.

I found the phone guys conveniently located around the state. After moving to a distant area in North East Snohomish, I was pleased to find a location just 45 minutes away in Everett. David and his coworker were both wonderful in assisting me with my purchase. We just moved and picked up two new gaming consoles from them, a Xbox Series X and Series S. Both were in-stock, available for fast pickup and their hours accommodated pickup after working hours. They're open late until 8 or 9 PM I think (check their website for info). David was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, they knew all the differences between the consoles and made selection a breeze. They also offered a flat fee to finance with them, interest free for 90 days! (My app says 101 days on pickup) using Acima. This was great, it allowed us to pickup both in 1 trip instead of having to drive back later or charge them to a credit card. Saved us time and gas! After we finished, David was kind enough to offer to bring the systems out to the car, and was very accomodating. I just had surgery on my knee, but I brought a helper to assisted me from home. Despite having help, he insisted on bringing the units out for us and even got the door. I rarely see this level of genuine care for customers, truly a shining example of what customer service should be.

Also, parking was good, prices were fair and everything else was amazing. They can text via SMS to answer question before spending time and gas going down. I found that extremely convenient and helpful. Even with my 21 questions, David was patient and accommodating.

I'd give this business and it's staff 5 stars, kudos Team "The Phone Guys - Everett"

Pretty good service. My phone stopped working and I stopped in cause I need my phone for work. They got me back to work with my phone transfered and a sweet note 10+ for really fair price. Thanks guys. All before my lunch break ended

Purchasing a pre-owned cell phone wasn't an easy decision for me, I've always purchased a new phone, but after spending an unproductive time at a Tmobile store, checking online (I'd prefer to support and buy local), and after checking out another cell phone store (they repair and carry pre-owned phones) I headed to your store.

The old adage about first impressions is still important. Your location and storefront looked good, and I was greeted promptly and professionally by Luis.

I had a specific Samsung in mind to replace my tired S8. Luis answered my questions, showed me several phones, explained the differences between the S20 and S20+.

I appreciated his knowledge, patience, and professionalism which is ultimately why I purchased a phone from your store.

He went one step further and helped me set up and transfer the majority of my info and data.

I'm retired but was the GM of a large business for many years so I know how important customer service is.

I came in looking for a phone to upgrade my old phone. At first I thought I was going to have to drop a huge amount of money on a really nice phone but they told me I was able to get the phone I really wanted in payments! The application was really quick and in a moment they told me I was approved. Luis nicely explained to me all the payment plan options and adviced me to contact the payment plan company so I could pay it early and that's what I will do. I am so happy with my new phone, runs much much faster than my old phone and the screen is pretty nice for when I play games which loaded instantly! Thank you so much Luis, I will be coming back and send all my friends who want and need a new phone.

My experience was a very ,very good one at The Phone Guys. Took the time to answer any questions I had, and was very warming and polite when doing so. We even shared a couple of laughs together. I would recommend The Phone Guys to anyone wanting to get a phone, or that have phone problems. They’re very efficient.

I would give the phone guys 5 stars. I'm very picky with the phones I get and I eneded getting the phone I wanted. Jose was very kind and helped out even when I wasn't understanding what he was explaining to me, he broke it down to me more with extra information so I can understand, he was very patient with me and didn't once seem annoyed or try to rush the process of me buying a phone. Jose was even nice enough to connect my phone with the company I am with I do recommend this place to other people

You guys are awesome you saved my life. It was so important for me to get a computer for my on line clothing business that I just started unfortunately my old one broke they phone guys went above and beyond I was able to get the same exact computer that I had before minus the cracked screen lol and I didn’t have to a hefty fee up front. Jose was an absolute delight, very helpful and very knowledgeable. Helped me understand everything needed to apply for a Xbox and after everything it was a very enjoyable process. Would Happily come back again and again. (Update I have since gotten a ps5 and my wife got a Samsung galaxy s 22 ultra and we both have never been happier. )
