The UPS Store

It was extremely convenient. I had an important meeting, but also had all my luggage with me. Being able to store the luggage safely right near the meeting was incredible.

For years I've actually driven a bit further to go to this UPS store (there is another one closer to me). I've always had good service. Today I made an appointment to get 5 documents notarized and then makes copies. Maribel was fabulous. So kind, super professional, very thorough, competent and detail-oriented ---but also very fast. Thanks!

I’ve had great experiences here. The people are customer centric. I like that I can reach a notary easily. I like that I can return Amazon packages. Sometimes there is a wait. I try not to swing through expecting one-one service if I’m in a hurry. It works best if I make sure to allow time in case there’s a line

Fast and friendly service. I’m always a bit skeptical of UPS stores given the franchise-nature of the business, but this one pleasantly surprised me by taking my Amazon return quickly and even happily accepting a few standard USPS letters I had (after I asked where the nearest mailbox was).

They said they eoild be open the Sunday before Christmas 12/23/18 from 12-3pm so we waited and it never opened. We wasted two hours thinking we had the time wrong. UGH

It’s a great idea to get a box and not have to worry about porch pirates. However, this place is overworked, understaffed, and, with the high turnover rate, probably underpaid.

I called to know if they can do Canadian passport picture and they said yes. When I got there they told me they don't.
