The previous review about the passport service is miss-leading. They DO allow passport service in the branch. We went to East Palo Alto office but was asked to return here today. It actually has less waiting time comparing with other usps office.

The lady at the passport counter is super helpful and courteous. Just know that they do not do infant/baby passport photos here, even though USPS.com indicates that they do. Also parking is a hassle - try to park near O’connor as Google maps indicates or find regular parking on Tresidder parking lot.

Clerk stayed late to help me, because the kiosk wasn't working. She didn't even complain about staying open late to help me. Was so nice of her!

The person helping me helped me to tape up my package properly and was very helpful and friendly sending out media mail.

Staff are super helpful and provide great alternatives and options.

The wait is 10-15 minutes on some days. But the ladies who are on the front desk are very sweet and helpful. Always help you get the best price on shipping.

Long lines at times

Generally crowded as Stanford students collect their parcels from here but wait for regular services is nearly 5-10 minutes at most. Be sure to know of your options before you mail as the staff won't help you find the cheapest option ! Its very convenient for Stanford Students.

This post office tends to get extremely crowded, I would instead advise you to use the one on Cambridge ave in Palo Alto which is not as crowded and very efficient.
