Starbucks

One of the largest, best franchise locations that I've visited in the Bay Area, with numerous seating in different configurations (lounge, small and large tables) for individual or group functions. It's located in a large shopping plaza with just a Safeway and Wells Fargo in the back. Service is generally excellent, although the younger staff seems more enthused and friendly than the older, jaded worker. Restroom, tables and floor are impeccably clean. The only drawback noticed is the small, traditional door, which can impede accessibility for some disabled patrons using wheelchairs (though restroom is compliant). Overall, it's a very pleasant Starbucks location with great service!

I really enjoyed the layout of this place. Had a nice nook to work in, very clean, and loved the artwork. The map on the far wall next to the restrooms was a great touch. Service was as expected from a well kept Starbucks. No reason to knock it down from 5 stars.

One guy even knows my drink and has it made before I even go to the register! Such nice people who are obviously passionate about what they are doing. Kiterian is also quite impressive, always saying hello to my husband and me by name. Love this place!! Sometimes we go 3 times a day!

Came in here mainly to use the restroom, but ended up getting a cup of Joe as well. Restrooms were clean so good job there.

Walked in on 3/23/23 around 1:39pm and was greeted and helped instantly by a gentleman named Torian (can’t remember how it was spelled) but he was just extremely kind and very helpful with my order. His kindness made my day! The other employees there were also extremely nice as well. Would recommend this location to anyone!! Thank you and Keep it up guys!

I gave 5 because this store has great outside sitting under the sun and indoor sitting great place to work from

Locally, one of the more OUTSTANDING Starbucks locations starting with their welcoming, friendly, kind-hearted Baristas. As if that weren’t enough, there’s ample indoor/outdoor seating for all and the restrooms, for the most part, are always clean. You can expect your drink to be brewed to perfection and for that I give special kudos to their Saturday/Sunday Baristas who are always on top of their game!

The staff are very amiable and the service is almost always exemplary. They're always happy to remake an order or help even the most difficult of customers.

I say this from two perspectives. I grew up going to this Starbucks and everyone was always pleasant and it was a wonderful place to spend my elementary - high school years. From my current perspective, I work here and continue to be impressed by my coworkers diligence, motivation and good spirits day in and day out.

The new store manager is doing such an amazing job! He has excellent customer service and seems like he loves what he does! Best Starbucks out there!

It is really nice that this Starbucks could open so early!

Amazing customer service! Some stuff came up and my son had to stay there for over an hour, and the staff took great care of him, even giving him a chocolate croissant on the house!

Good stuff and friendly workers. My only complaint was when they're super busy they occasionally will put an in person order in the online order spot on the side so you end up waiting for a bit. Not a big deal, just gotta keep an eye on it

This may be one of starbucks' best. Busy, but usually not too busy. Manager is a real nice guy. Cozy, friendly atmosphere. Lots of venture capital investors meet here :^)

Great meeting spot, lots of seating. Good energy for out of office work.

One of the most inviting Starbucks I've ever been in. Great layout, comfy seating, great service. Well be back soon!

neighborhood starbucks where everybody knows your name and the VC's come to buy coffee.....sometimes you hear companies giving VC pitches. Good for a slice of the dizzying life speed in silicon valley.

I'm like every other Starbucks I've been to this will not only says they have Nitro cold brew they actually do have Nitro cold brew.

Perfect spot to have coffee and pumpkin bread. It has a nice local feel with great service.

I love all the beverages they offer. Suits its price. Nice location.
