I just want to say how welcoming and friendly the staff was when I came in Tuesday night for service. I came in because my brake light came on and was unable to brake without having the brake pedal to the ground. The staff was accommodating and got me in without an appointment and being understaffed with mechanics. The mechanic even stayed after closing to make sure my car was finished and got me back on the road safely. I truly appreciate the team that night 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Called In a panic as my rear tire rapidly lost air. Jose had me come right over. Found large piece of glass in tread. Everyone worked quickly and efficiently to get me home to celebrate Mother’s Day. Excellent experience. Many thanks

This place is awesome first off. I went in to have rotation done but found out my front tire was a no go! I was given the reason why and given a great deal on the tires I needed. He didn’t try to sell me 4 tires, just what I honestly needed and I love that. The staff was nice, fast and efficient. I was out less then an hour. Love love it!! Called and told them we would arrive one minute before closing to see if they could help with a screw in our tire. They welcomed us with open arms and found a three inch screw in our tire. They patched it up in about 35 minutes after they had closed already. Super helpful and kind. One hundred percent would go back if we have any more tire issues.

Had an issue a few months back. Returned today because I am a loyal customer and believe in second chances. RUDY the manager was very accommodating beyond expectation and apologetic. He made me feel valued as a customer. I will continue to do business with them thanks to him.

Took a flat tire here for a plug. Carlos was very nice and helped me a ton. I really appreciated how they took the time to even look at my spare tire for me and then replace it under the car when they were done. Royal Palm Tire Kingdom will definitely be my first choice for servicing my vehicle.

Very accommodating and great staff at this location. I was able to get a last minute oil change without any issues or upsell of unnecessary services. Cary and Keith were efficient and very helpful. Highly recommended!

The only reason for the 5star rating is Angel. We needed 2 tires. Talked to 3 different people including the person claiming to be the store manager. Everyone dropped the ball until Angel stepped up and followed through to ensure that the job was completed to our satisfaction. Angel understands what customer service is all about. We will continue to do business with angel, at whatever store he works.

Highly recommend this tire kingdom. The staff was incredibly helpful. The process of getting an oil change was very quick! Varma helped schedule my appointment and check me out. Very friendly and efficient staff and environment!

Randall was so great. I came in to change 2 tires but needed all 4 and he explained to me why and it was for a great price. He was so professional and the entire staff was extremely friendly.

Varma as well as the other staff were very professional and pleasant. My car was ready in the time frame promised. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. I would most definitely come back to this location.

Came here in a hurry for a trailer tire that needed to be replaced the day we were leaving for a trip. I called the store and Keith was the man! Had the tire in stock and he changed it as soon as I got in so our vacation wouldn’t be delayed any longer. Can’t speak highly enough to how great the service was!

Stopped by to get a new RV tire and Seth took care of me right away. He then showed me some tires and made me a great deal on a set of new tires for my truck along with a wheel alignment and an oil change. I made an appointment and was in and out in about an hour and a half and my truck rides like it’s new again. Very satisfied. PS... to the company that replied below as the owner. Very WEAK canned response to a great review with several photos.

Pulled up with a fast leaking tire I just had to fill at a gas station to make it to the nearest tire store. Immediately the mechanics asked what they could do and told me where to park my car so that it can be taken care of quickly. Upon entering the store I was greeted so nicely by a gentleman and then a young woman, Dyan. I didn’t catch the man’s name. I felt so comfortable there. My tire was fixed and I’ll be back next week to replace my tires. My new tire place!
