Fleet Feet Columbus

We live about an hour away and were running out of time in our trip to Columbus... I ended up only having 15 minutes to find a pair of track shoes for my daughter. The staff was so helpful and we were able to get something we wanted and make it to track pictures on time. I also had no idea that there was a student athlete discount, so it was awesome to get to the register and find out I was going to save an extra 20%. I also expected to spend way more than I did, but prices were similar or less than our local sports store that has a small selection. I will be coming back to this location!

The best experience of customer service I have ever had in any shoe store. I have visited twice and made a purchase both times. Their service model is great! They take time to show you how your feet are positioned standing and how they move when walking. I've also never in my life had such a comfortable walking shoe. TY FF!

The young lady that assisted me was extremely helpful during my visit. I was given multiple shoe choices, and the customer service aspect was one of the best I have experienced in my 20 plus years of shopping with the company. Also, an added plus is that she was fantastic during her interactions with my kid and wife! We will be back to pick up more shoes next year!

initially I worked with Logan and he was an excellent help in fitting me for shoes and found a wonderful pair for me. Then, sadly, I had to return them because my inserts were giving me problems and didn't fit the shape of the new shoes. I returned them and worked with David, who was super patient and helped me find another more traditional pair of shoes. Both of these men were super helpful and were diligent in trying to get the perfect shoe. Due to my foot surgery, I had to return my shoes again. Garret helped me fit the shoes I now have and that work with my foot. Thank you so much for your patience!

My mom, uncle, and myself were all getting fitted for shoes at the same time. I had Lorenzo, and I am not sure the names of those that helped my mother and uncle (I’m sorry- I wish I could give them a shout out) but every single staff member was so incredibly helpful, patient, knowledgeable, kindhearted, and excellent. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and felt very grateful for all they did for us. You guys are great! Highly recommend you!

Excellent customer service by Anthony! I was in the store to possibly change shoe brands. He was patient, listened to my questions, provided options to me and gave me plenty of time to decide. All this while the store was actually about to close. I didn’t realize the time. He made no mention, just helped me anyway! Thanks!

Went in to get fitted for running shoes. Staff was awesome. Shoes are the best fit ever with suggested insoles. They have a client for life.

Fleet feet is amazing. The staff is always friendly, patient and extremely knowledgeable in helping you select a shoe that best suits your needs. I love that they are able to evaluate my walk, whether I'm a neutral or over pronate walker, my arch height, and suggest a shoe to alleviate my pain or troublesome areas.
The process is very simple.
Both my husband and I choose fleet feet because they know what they're doing and back their products.

I am a believer in Fleet Feet's shoe offering and their ability to suggest styles based on one's needs. I think the fitting process is very valuable, particularly for older people whose feet can be less accommodating to daily activity and exercise. The shoes/insoles I'm wearing now have allowed my left foot/arch to heal, so that I walk at least 5 miles/day relatively pain-free. When I first went to Fleet Feet I was afraid that I would not be able to continue walking as exercise, so this makes me very happy.

The staff are knowledgeable friendly and helpful. Great selection of shoes whether you are a runner or just looking for comfortable shoes. The store is always clean and neat.

I have been a visitor of Fleet Feet for the past 8+ years. The first time I had visited this store was really because of recommendation from a physiotherapist for the lower back pain. The arch support that they provided and kind of shoes they recommended helped me to get out of the pain.
Kevin, who works at the Polaris outlet, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He provided me with the scan of my feet using the latest machines and also recommended a different shoe for walking. Each time I visit this store, I get astonished and equally satisfied with the new range of products.

I absolutely love Fleet Feet! Prior to signing up for their Marathoner in Training (MIT) program, I purchased new running shoes at their Lane Ave location. I was helped by a friendly staff member who guided me through the (fast and easy) 3D foot scan that took exact measurements of my individual feet. Since then, I’ve purchased many pairs of shoes and athletic gear at each of their Columbus stores. What keeps me coming back to Fleet Feet is their frequent sales, their return policy, and their rewards program.

Everyone in the store was very friendly and helpful. They were really sweet with my wild children running around the store. And we're so understanding.
