Panera Bread

This location has been through some ups and downs. When it was bad, I had some of the worst food and services I've ever had. I've gotten untoasted Chicken Frontega where chunks of cheese were solid and cold, very watery chicken wild rice soup without much substance inside, and a couple employees looking like they didn't want to be there. That said, they have finally been good consistently in recent months. The last 4-5 times I visited were all great. Hot food and friendly staff members. Keep it up!

Cashier Anna (my receipt says cashier name’s Anna) is an Angel! Super nice and super polite! After ordering, she made my salad which tasted the best for me in all the Panera’s around here( westerville, lewiscenter and polaris). She made me a loyal customer here!

Everything was top notch! The soufflé was twice the size of the other stores I have been to in Dayton. Great job!!

Love the option to order ahead and pick up at the drive thru window when I'm feeling lazy!

Best Panera I’ve been to! I come here often to do homework for school, staff is incredible. Food is ALWAYS great. They keep this place clean, organized, and friendly! Very nice location to come socialize, meet, work, etc. lots of space, and a nice new modern environment. Bougie Panera! Remember to respect workers, clean up after yourself, and use manners!

Kelly, the manager and the entire staff here are wonderful and very helpful! I needed bread bowls for an event and they made sure it happened. Thank you all.

Great overall experience. The drive thru can't use my rewards items but going inside is nice and is sometimes faster.

This new Panera Bread has all the tech: free wifi, self-order kiosks and order-ready display, variety of seating including power outlets. Bright airy decor with big windows and patio seating. Staff is new and on-their-toes. Right on US 23.

Awesome cinnamon rolls and coffee. Clean food. And they work with people that have disabilities. The manager Jared, is awesome...please purchase the cinnamon rolls, bare claws and baguette...

Just opened up so it’s very clean & modern. Outstanding service and service speed. Only complaint is the silverware I was initially dirty (maybe just water spots!) but I gave it back & received a clean set.

My first visit to this new location was very good. The venue is spacious with lots of windows, and the menu is as delicious as always. It's worth the trip.

This location is run very smooth even when they are busy. I appreciate the staff, stress free atmosphere when there’s a line and the free smiles they give. :-)

Best Panera ever! One of the nicest Panera buildings I have been in and staff is great. Food seemed extra fresh here.

My experience of Panera is that it maintains a consistent service experience and good food. I was not disappointed even though this was a new and remodeled venue.
