They are great, going to get medication, can get frustrating, we’ve all been there.
They don’t take it personally and they know how to de-escalate an argument.
I came out getting what I needed .
The effort is above and beyond, and well appreciated , Ashley the pharmacist especially.

We have recently made Walgreens on Main St, Hudson our pharmacy. I was reading the reviews from several months ago and was shocked at the negativity, maybe because they were referring to the old Walgreens near Stop and Shop?. I found this pharmacy to be efficient and friendly. Crystal who works in the pharmacy is an asset to Walgreens. Crystal has always been very friendly, efficient and has resolved several insurance issues we have had. This is our go to place for our pharmacy.

After reading reviews I was a little worried about visiting this Walgreens once a month for my son's medication. After a few visits I can confidently say this pharmacy and the workers are just fine! They have always been nice to me and I can tell they are dealing with short staffing. With all that said I have never waited very long for medication

I went in there over the weekend to have a passport photo taken. There were two young girls with long brown hair helping me and they were amazing. They were so nice and they got it done so quickly!

The pharmacist and techs did a great job with the flu shots especially with the pharmacy being understaffed (and one staff member who came in on their day off). They made the process very smooth.

I love shopping here. Everyone is so nice and helpful with anything that I ask. Everyone is very curtous and it has become one of my favorite places to shop.

We use this Walgreens in Hudson for pharmacy and to buy other products.

Same great staff as before, plenty of solid options for all of your daily shopping and RX needs!

Always out of the medications I need. Considering moving to CVS.

This store used to be a Rite Aid and when it switched to Walgreens the quality and employees went south. The pharmacy is inconsistent and I just spent 20 minutes trying to print photos from my phone and the machine was not working and the employees did not help me. I ended up walking out. Sorry, I wish I could say something positive but lately I have been disappointed by this location.

Pharmacy is incredibly slow. They never answer the phone, not even for a doctor call. Twice my son's Dr had to hang up.Ever since the takeover of Rite Aide, this Walgreens has gotten progressively worse.

Prescriptions are sent in and rarely processed. I always have to follow up with the store to make sure they received them from my doctor. After calling to verify, I’ll often show up and they either don’t have it or tell me another 15 to 20 minutes. It’s mind boggling why such a store would be so incompetent, time after time. I need to switch.

Don't try calling the pharmacy unless you plan on sitting on hold for at least 30 minutes.

I showed up to pick up my prescriptions and she said she had the medication but she hadn’t filled the bottle yet. How long does it take? Especially considering I was standing right there waiting for it, and I was the only customer in line, she could have filled it within two minutes and I would have been out the door. She said she could have it ready the following day, but it still says “in progress” in the Walgreens app. Now I tried to pay ahead of time for the medication through the app, but I’m not even sure it went through. I said I could come back another day to pick up the medication, so I came back and the store is CLOSED early due to “Internet issues.” Yeah, right. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a pharmacy. I might just switch to CVS, which I don’t want to do, but if I have to to get my prescriptions that I NEED to function, I might as well. Walgreens corporate needs to fix what’s going on at this store. It’s truly frustrating having to deal with this.

The quality of service at Pharmacy is significantly poor and has been declining over the past 2-3 months. Had to transfer all my family's prescriptions to CVS. Long and slow moving lines...staff is not very friendly and cooperative.

EDIT my review from 10 months ago. I've now learned that this location will close unexpectedly due to staff shortages with no notices to customers.

Worst part, I learned that the location will accept Rxs for patients being discharged from the hospital even when they are closed!

II have never had a good experience at this pharmacy. They are continually understaffed, and their computer systems crash all the time.

I'm moving my family's prescriptions ASAP. You can't trust something that important to such a poorly-run company.

(The people who work there manage to remain friendly.)

This is the WORST pharmacy I have ever used. We had no choice as CVS didn't accept our insurance. They are constantly "temporarily" closed when u go to pick up prescriptions. Or it takes them WEEKS to fill one RX.. some people can't come off of certain meds due to health reasons. And they have messed up a few times where my health was effected. Awful!! Just awful excuse for a pharmacy
