Panera Bread

They do a great job here. The bread and bagels are always fresh . The people at the counter seem to be happy and helpful. I like the small computer screens that are there to get to input orders on. They shouldn't be as close as they are to the action / registers. Too confusing.
If you want to stop by to look at your computer, or just meet with friends They have a great area with booths and tables for that.

The pickup your order screen is really helpful to follow your order and see where you are in line. There's never a question of your order status. Just follow the screen and you'll see where you are.

Fresh bread. Great vegetarian options. Their Ten Veggie soup is pretty good. Good for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Polite service, very clean, relaxed atmosphere...(went in the evening)

2 Oz. Of tuna and 8 Oz good quality soup $14.....bread, bread for a side with a sandwich?!? POOR VALUE

We tried curbside pick up for the first time this visit. You park in a numbered spot and they bring the food to your vehicle. It was very efficient and the employee was very nice. But do check the bag before you pull away. We were missing one salad, went in asked for it and were on our way. This location is well run and feels very comfortable.

A few weeks ago, my wife visited Panera. A customer walked up to her and hassled her because of her race. The store manager (Liv) intervened swiftly and kicked the customer out. I appreciate her courage and conscience. It is truly heartwarming to see someone take a stand in such a situation. Please keep up the good work. Also, good food, great staff, and plenty of parking!

You can’t miss at Panera. The food is great and so is the service. My only complaint is the desserts at the register because I have to buy something every time I go in there…it’s awful 😉
I have been going here for years and each food item tastes the same today as it did 5 years ago. Make sure to get one of the smoothies or blended drinks. ENJOY..

OMG, the Autumn Squash soup is my new favorite! Very attentive cashier. Thanks for introducing me to something new & great! That Green Tea is delicious as well! So many favs!

I come to the Marlborough Panera Bread a lot to hang out.
I'm also a member of the Sips Club so I get Free Iced Tea there. Lately my taste buds have changed and I've been drinking Iced Coffee with 1/2 +1/2. Also Free at Panera with my membership.

Great in every way. Spacious, pleasant interior decor and music.
Good service by real people, I did not order on the tablet thing.
The food is fresh and much healthier than in other places. Interesting and tasty natural juices in the fountain.
Free wi-fi (some restaurants do not provide that).
They even separate trash and recyclables, wonderful!
Panera is much more expensive than fast food places, but the quality is much higher. Enjoy !

They encourage you to use the kiosks but I often pay in cash so I stand on line, plus, I prefer to order with a person. The staff is polite and the food is hot and fresh. They are understaffed however, so be prepared to wait an extra 5-10 minutes beyond the normal (pre-Covid).

I like Panera Bread overall. I am a Sip Club member, so it makes me want to visit this place often.

Like all Panera Bread, my food allergies are taken care of, however this Panera went above and beyond. Not only did the gentleman write on the order about allergies he also went to verbally tell kitchen of the allergies and that is so appreciated! Panera definitely takes food allergies seriously and when requested you can look at the book with all of the ingredients of each food item. Thanks for taking food allergies seriously!!!

Tasty street corn chowder with mixed green salad & chicken was perfect for a quick lunch.

Their chai tea latte (hot) is delicious along with pumpkin cookie, mac & cheese or mediterranean sandwich, makes a good evening snack.

Classic Pantera store. Nice employees with good seating.

This is particularly good Panera. Lots of people go to this one and its still fast and always fresh. I frequent this Panera and have never had an issue so it goes from a four Star to five in my opinion based on that alone.

I got the roasted turkey and advocado BLT, the roasted turkey made a great addition to an already great tasting sandwich, not to mention the bread was very fresh and as to be expected. I dont usually come to Panera, but it was nice for a change, the place was clean and the staff are very friendly.
