My boyfriend brought our dog here for grooming and the groomer was amazing. She explained to us how our dogs coat grows and what would work best for her when it comes to brushing. The haircut came out perfect and we couldn't have asked for a better groomer who takes the time to explains things and keeps us upgraded during the groom! Kelley did amazing

Cassandra is exactly what our dog needed in every way. Lucky we found her.

Manager on duty was super helpful & friendly. He opened a box for us so we could feel the material of a cat tree we were considering purchasing. Then he carried it up to the front for us and offered to take it out to the car. My cat has enjoyed his new tree immensely!

Recently I stopped by the Petco in Hudson to purchase Fortiflora for my cats. I stopped by on Sunday and the person (sorry I didn't get your name) who assisted me searched the store for me, but could not locate any. Today, it was Gianna who spent time searching for me, and the new boxes had arrived! Both of these young women went above and beyond to assist me and they provided excellent customer service. Kudos!

A bit more expensive than the counterpart Petsmart. They had a really good deal on cat litter and a different variety of dog toys was a nice change of pace

We waited for help, but when we did find someone who wasn't busy, we were given a wealth of information. We ended up taking home Zeus and couldn't be happier!

Very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly staff. Good prices good selection. Only thing I would ask is more of a selection in the store for size xxs for dogs. I can never find harnesses or collars or clothing (sweaters and jackets) to fit my Chihuahua.

I called last minute to see if "Melissa"was available to trim my dog's nails.... Melissa answered the phone and said I could come right down. I arrived 7 minutes later and I found Melissa to be excellent! Quick, efficient, caring. Nails came out good! Will be back ;)

The employees are very helpful and friendly. I have adopted one of my cats in the past, through Carmah. Although he has passed. I enjoy your special sales on food and treats. I have three cats, use to have six. The deals offered are very helpful.

Prices seem less than other per places. Staff is very nice and helpful. One of the cashiers actually had a great resource suggestion for adopting a puppy. Love the small chat. It makes me want to go back.

I got there about 10 mins before closing time for curbside pick up. I called ahead to let them know. The staff who picked up the phone appreciated it. He said it would be no problem even if we get there exactly at the closing time. We pulled over near the entrance for the curbside pick up and called again. He showed up right away, checked my ID, and put the ordered items in my car's trunk. Such a nice gentlemen. He deserves a raise/promotion.

Clean store and nice employees.

I can get what I need when I need it and I can enjoy browsing for non-necessities. Staff is always helpful and cheerful. I don't have to spend much time in the store, because I know what I want/need and where to find it. But, I do enjoy checking out the live animals and chatting with staff from time to time.

Employees are always very nice and helpful. Seems to be a very well run store. Rarely do I find our dogfood or anything else is out of stock. Our boys love to come here to see all the animals - fish, birds, ferrets, reptiles, hamsters, and of course owners' dogs.
