I recently had an outstanding experience at my local CVS pharmacy, thanks to the exceptional service provided by China. Her dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set her apart as an invaluable asset to the pharmacy team.

During my visit, China went above and beyond to assist me with lowering the cost of my prescription by utilizing coupons and ensuring that I received a discounted rate. Not only did she take the time to apply these savings, but she also demonstrated a high level of attention to detail in handling my prescriptions.

What truly impressed me was China's caring and compassionate approach towards her work. She not only treated me as a valued customer but also as a person whose well-being she genuinely cared about. Her willingness to go the extra mile to ensure that I received the best service possible did not go unnoticed.

In my opinion, China's exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and genuine care for customers make her a standout employee at CVS. Her dedication to her role is commendable, and I believe that she deserves recognition for her hard work.

The 24 hour store on 9 Mile had excellent service. I was greeted all through the store. The clerk (gentleman) was very attentive and helpful.

Today the gentleman in the pharmacy helped me out BIG time, even at the expense of his own time…I really really appreciated it!

Picked up our scripts and found out I had $3 Extra Care Bucks for my Birthday which was last May! Lol! Better Late than Never! Huh! Lol! Then, I forgot about another $5 in ECB's so these earrings were FREE! LOVELY! especially since a pair that I bought a year ago has started to tarnish! Good day!!

I had a great experience at this place. I found everything except one thing. The employee was also kind and helpful.

My family have been customers here since we moved to the area over 15 years ago. The pharmacy staff is usually very friendly and helpful. I’ve read some reviews that complain about this location being “out of stock” of medications - well that is because this is one of the busiest CVS stores in the area. I’m normally greeted by name by a lot of the Rx staff that have been there a while and know us, some even ask about our son. We have tried other pharmacies in the area and they have not proven to be a better experience for us - so we are staying right here with them. Keep up the good work!

This is a pharmacy I can rely on to be open when I need it. I moved my prescriptions here after the Walgreens and CVS further west on 9 mile started closing sporadically due to low staff.
The pharmacy staff is attentive and they've always helped me with whatever I needed, whether it was shots or refills.
I'm also lucky that CVS carries the manufacturers I need, since I know every pharmacy chain contracts with different manufacturers.

My mother and I needed to have pictures copied at CVS store in Ferndale, Michigan. Shawn was very helpful, pleasant, and amazingly friendly. Her customers service skills were excellent. She would be a great trainer in customer service trainer.

I've been filling prescription here 10 years and service has always been good. The scripts are completed in a very short time and staff is friendly and helpful.

This CVS is the BEST Very Professional and saved me money. I pass the one in Hazel Park and the one on 9Mile by the railroad tracks. I had tooooo many bad experience with them.

The pharmacy managers are always willing to go that extra mile to make sure you have what you need when you need it. Charles or stocked and clean. Never a long wait.

I went there for some make up l think CVS might be a bit pricer than Rite Aid but l had Extra Carebucks so it was cheaper Friendly Staff and helpful too. Nicely stocked shelves.

I really only use the pharmacy here but they always have very friendly & quick service. I have a handful of pharmacies closer to my home but I choose to go out of my way for this one.
