I had an amazing experience with Chris T.! He was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful with assisting me to find the products that I needed. It was a real treat to get educated on the products that I purchased as well. He had me in and out of the store in no time and that really made my day

First time customer and I had no idea what to expect. The staff was wonderful! The environment was welcoming and they guided me through the process with grace. Corey helped me find exactly what I was looking for and I was surprised at how reasonable the price was.

I had a very good experience going to LIV Ferndale! Claire at the front desk was SO helpful on getting things sorted out on the mobile app. And then Joshua the bud tender was very knowledgeable and helped me get everything I needed. I can get “stuff” from anywhere, but I will definitely be back because for people like Joshua and Claire. Totally worth the 30 minute drive I have to take to get there! Thanks LIV Ferndale!

LIV n Ferndale has the nice and friendly peoples who work there and the security office that works in there also a very pleasant young man. I love it they have low prices they good people. I’ve been going there for a couple years I started off in Waterford. Now I’m glad they’re in the city of Detroit and my best place is Ferndale young man name Cody is the good I enjoy talk to him he No a lot about the products

I love LIV Ferndale. I had gone to the one in Lake Orion previously but when we moved out this way I was wondering if it would be similar. And you know what? I like it better!! I’ve been so many times, specifically for my sister’s birthday we met Cody the bud-tender and he was so knowledgeable and helpful in picking out papers and even convinced me to get a vaporiser (which is the best purchase I could have made, so shout out to Cody.) If you’re not going to LIV Ferndale, what are you doing???

Heaven!! So many treats and goodies. First time we ever visited this place and they had a super cute display table with freebies. The design was fantastic and very welcoming. The staff is super friendly, very knowledgeable and inviting. Clean, organized and smelling oh so good. I can't wait to go back!

I am new and very inexperienced in the world of canabis. Went to LIV to get something to help me get a longer and better night sleep.
First of all, I didn't expect interior set up and decor of that place. Very impressive!!!
The people at the front desk were very friendly and tried to help me with a few questions even before I walked inside.
My sales person was extremely knowledgeable, addressed all of my inquiries and recomended a product that worked out great for me.
I was a little anxious going in there, but the friendliness of the staff and the ambiance put me at ease.
Overall, great experience!

My boyfriend has an account at the LIV Ferndale location, we stopped there tonight to grab a battery, we didn't get the name of the girl but the battery we were going to get using my boyfriends $10 off, was the same battery they were giving out free for the holidays that ended the day before but the employee, very nice,pretty, long brown wavy hair and slim frame (I'm so sorry. We didn't see a name tag nor did we have time to ask with the line!) She gave us the battery free since the sale literally ended the day before and let my boyfriend save his points and dollars off. It was very sweet and we greatly appreciate her kindness, work ethic and amazing customer service skills. Thank you so much unknown name super star! 🌟 🤩
