Staff is always helpful at the Sheffield Village, OH location. I don’t think you can find a better value for your dollar for commodity like needs. I never seem to leave without picking up batteries or zip ties.

Wide selection of tools, toolboxes, etc. I've not personally used their hand tools so I can't fairly rate them one way or the other. They did honor a coupon for us we used 2 weeks after our initial purchase, very cool

I spend too much money here. Well organized and helpful people. I'm not sure they have the lowest prices but it's super close and I can get what I want and get on and out quickly.

People are very friendly facility is well maintained as far as cleanliness and stocking goes. Employees try to be very informational and accommodating . Pricing is the average lots of shopping in the area and restaurants also. Plenty of parking including handicap parking and handicap accessibility period easy to spot from the road.

They had plenty of product and the employes were very helpful with finding what we were looking for and the service was fast. When we first walked up to the line we were third in line and they opened up a second register as soon as we walked up and there were no more than 2 people waiting in line at a time. Very satisfied with the service

The employees are great and willing to help. It is Well organized store. Very clean. I gave it five stars. The only negative about the store is they sell wheelchairs but they have no access for customer use in the store
