Giant Eagle Supermarket

The young man in the deli was extremely kind and helpful to me. He helped me pick a good ham to feed my 10 children with and they all love it!! One day I was on my motorcycle and I fell off after another car hit me, my leg was in extreme pain but the young man from the deli came out of no where and healed me with his magical healing powers. I will never forget him

Always stocked well and friendly cashiers. The pharmacy staff is some of the nicest at any GE store.

Very clean and well stocked. New paint and wall designs. Seasonal beers, St.Pattys day sweets great cakes.😁

I work at a car dealership and we regularly order food from this store. Fried chicken, mashed potatoes, Mac n cheese, etc. It’s always fresh and very tasty!

Self checkout lanes are available and generally operate well.

One new and unwelcome item: GE is pushing adoption of their application by posting more and more coupons in digital form. I get it. But, the app isn't ready for prime time. I will continue to work with it and report in my next update.

I shop here for every day grocery items. The store is clean, staff helpful and the selection is good.

Produce offerings are consistent in quality and freshness. I generally do not buy organic here but it is available as are locally sourced in season vegetables.

The state liquor store and beer options are everything I need. Note to GE: Please consider carrying Bluecoat Gin from Philly again :)

I shop elsewhere for my seafood but occasionally buy chicken. Always good.

GE does push their store brands heavily, something I dislike. I know they're cheaper but I like choice.

Overall, a very reasonable, reliable grocery store.

I ran in quickly after work last night to grab a few random things close to closing time. James was so kind asking if I needed help and helped me find my few needed things just in time !

The Big Bird is a great grocery store. It is great for quick shopping trips and also great for big shopping trips. They have great produce, fresh meat, dairy, and a liqueur store.

Took advantage of helping out my neighbor who had to go to that particular Giant Eagle Supermarket due to his Prescription plan.
It was 87 degrees but they had the inside of the store nice and almost cold. With my Giant Eagle Advantage Card I found all kinds of good deals while there. Buy 2 coke get 2 free, buy 2 ginger ale get 2 free, buy 3 Giant Eagle brand 24 pack waters for 10 dollars, 2 gallon ice tea drinks for 5 dollars, plus several other items. I spent 61 dollars total. 3-24 pack water, 8-12 pack of pop, 2 tea, 1 orange juice 60 dollars and some change. Timing is everything. With my card I now am eligible for 20 cents of each gallon of gas I purchase at GetGo. Beat that. Yeah...

Visited the pharmacy they ares always helpful and informative would highly recommend going the atmosphere is very pleasant every time I have been there

Went into the State Liquor Store and the young lady behind the counter was very helpful! I noticed online that they had a particular bourbon in stock. But when I got there it was not on the sales floor. So this wonderful young lady said to give her a second and she would check in the back. I wish I would've gotten her name because she is a great example of NICE PEOPLE and a great employee!!! Giant Eagle in Sheffield Village, you need to recognize her hard work and customer service!!! 👍

The only Con I have of this store is the customers. While it is only a small percentage, the rudness of the few is tiring. Always having to be in your way, ignoring you, and very rude to the staff. I have never witnessed an employee being other than professional in any way. I shop here a lot and I am very happy with the store itself.

Love this store. Almost always fully stocked with items I need, easily found, clean and neat.

A nice full service grocery store with a state liquor store . I shop here regularly and their staff is always courteous friendly and professional, that goes a long way towards enhancing my shopping experience. prices are up and down, there always price leaders that entice you into the store but overall I save quite a bit of money with their card program with perks that lead to discounts on gasoline or on my shopping purchases. Their 'fuel perks:' program has been especially helpful with the way gas prices have been going up and down.

Store is clean and well stocked. Produce and meats are fresh. Staff is efficient and friendly. No complaints other than minor price issues on goods (some things can be found cheaper elsewhere, but would require trips to multiple places). I would shop here without hesitation.
