Big 5 Sporting Goods

Got a smoking deal on double burner and canopy. I like big 5 because their prices are always very reasonable. One day when I hit it BIG will shop competitor REI, possibly even then i will keep shopping at big 5. This place rocks with reasonable prices.

Received help finding boots in my size by a very nice, young male associate with dark hair, the evening of 1/28. He was kept busy between me and a handful of men who were searching for work boots, but managed to keep up with all of us. All associates seemed friendly. Pricing here seems even lower than other Big 5 locations I have been to (perhaps somewhat due to its location), there were so many choices of decent enough looking boots under $40, kind of crazy. I found a nicer, pricier pair myself as I hike so often and wanted boots with both the best possible tread, ankle support, AND enough loops to lace them up tightly. But this store is a great choice for someone on a tight budget, lots to choose from.

The representatives were very friendly and professional. They helped me out with my purchase and I was very satisfied. I have bought firearms at other locations and it was a very lengthy process and they made it easy and it did not take long. The representative was training another on the process and they were both great. I recommend this location.

I called and talked to a woman on the phone. I asked if they sold darts with plastic tips. She confirmed they did. I drive up another young man told me where they were. They had a good selection. He was very nice. I think Big 5 has to give larger Spirting good stores a run for their money. I’ll go back.

I went to 36 st and Thomas to by a gift not realizing the sale had ended the day before. The sweet salesperson Megan said let me ask if we can give you the sales price. The very nice manager said of corse. What service🦾

Lots of various sports goods options, convenient, ample of parking available around, not too busy. Affordable too.

Manger Juan and his crew are really nice and helpful, I came in not knowing much and they helped me get everything I needed.

Very nice crew. Went in for a 25 degree sleeping bag advertised online. The salesman apologized for not having the desired one and presented me with other options. Thats when I noticed that they did have the one i wanted on display as a floor model, the salesman was kind enough to take it down for me and let me purchase it. They also gave me an additional 10% off since it was the floor model.

The store is awesome and the lady at the register was very nice and rather than pointing to where I'd find the Copper Fit back supporter that my son wanted, she walked me right over to the product.

Easy to drive, walk, or bus to the Big 5 Store I visited. It's located at the corner of Thomas and 36th Street in Phoenix. The inventory represents a variety of sports and recreational activities for all ages including clothing, foot-ware, large and small air sleeping mattresses, camping equipment, toys, and more. Their fitness and strength equipment is unique and affordable.

Very clean store. Came in looking for soccer gear for my son. Rick was OUTSTANDING! He helped me figure out what all I needed. I recommend this place to everyone.

Excellent customer service.

Always have what I need at a good price. If you sign up online with them they have daily super specials they run everyday and they send you the add in your email the night before so you can take advantage of it the next day.
