Brutally slow pumps

It says online that they close at 2am. It was 11:30 pm, one of the only stores open that was close to me. As I am walking up to the store, I see one person out there getting gas and turns out it was the only person working there and he says he’s closed. It was frustrating because it took me 20 minutes to walk there and he’s closing super early. ( internal screams )almost 3 hours early. Very frustrating.

Im recently visiting from out of town (Orlando, Florid), and unfortunately, my experience wasn't positive. In need of a restroom, I politely approached an employee (Indian man), but instead of a straightforward response, I was asked intrusive questions about where my home is and how far it is. Despite disclosing that I'm from Orlando, the interaction left me with the impression that the restroom key might have been reluctantly provided due to assumptions based on my race or proximity. This encounter was unpleasant and marred an otherwise routine restroom stop.

I was charged nearly twice the accurate amount for a uHaul picked up from this location. It was driven for 29 miles and returned within 3 hours. Uhaul confirmed that I should have been charged $58 but instead I was charged $107. Took extensive communication, waiting, and follow up from uhaul corporate to get my money back. I strongly advise against picking up a truck here.

Refuse me to use the restroom just because he was talking to the guy who was supposed to be cleaning it and it was standing wide open. He was very rude and disrespectful.

The bald Jamaican guy with the heavy accent is beyond rude and unprofessional. He yelled me after I asked for a second plastic bag after purchasing 4 large beverages. Ive never been demeaned by a store clerk before.....let alone for such a silly reason for asking for an extra plastic bag....needless to say I will not be shopping there anymore. One person might not make a difference to them, but i refuse to give businesses my money who treat their customers rudely.
