I enjoyed the experience. There was about a 30 minute wait when I came here on Sunday at around 3 pm. There are a lot of cool items that you can probably only find at this store such at makeup, skincare, and certain types of figurines. Was also about 15 minutes to check out and the tokens to use for the claw machine are $1 a piece but you have to buy 2 tokens for one try at the machine. I got some cool snacks and drinks, I’ve seen some items here that could be found at any Asian grocery store so keep that in mind if you are coming for more of the basic snacks/drinks. Parking is kind of hard to find too as the parking lot is packed all around.

Everything here is designed to charm you. Items and brands I’ve never seen before in the US. I must have spent over an hour here looking at all of the cosmetics, housewares, toys, & snacks. I could spend hours more! The line just to get in was long but it was worth the experience. And yes I did make some purchases as did most of the other customers. Can’t wait to go back when it’s not so crowded.

This place is my new favorite store! They have such a nice variety of items, from snacks, to decorations, to make up, to household items. Very easy to spend a lot of money here because everything is so cute! Definitely a must check out for anyone in the area!

Went on the first week of opening and this store didn’t disappoint. Many options from health and beauty products to claw machines. I got many snacks and frozen goodies from their wide selection of frozen food. Will definitely be back to further look at their home goods selection because their is so much to look at in this store all Japanese products with a good price compared to other places.

I'm so excited I got to check this store out the day after the grand opening. There was no wait for me to get in, and the store was so cute! They have a lot of great makeup, skin care, snacks, household items, and more. I absolutely recommend checking it out!

My son was so excited to go I was of course oblivious that this store existed. This store had all things from Japan from the cute, interesting and the delicious. There was a line to get in and we found out right away some items were sold out. All the things that were sold out I were what I would have considered buying.
The prices were high on the items that I would considered specialty items such as stainless steel woks and as I was a past cook I inspected it and found them to be of high quality. I however would make sure they were seasoned before purchase. I have many more photos but google reviews only allows a few now. If you are a woman reading this I have never seen in my life so many different face masks so much makeup items I could not keep up.
Food, my god all the food I was impressed by all the different ramen noodles which I was very ignorant on all the different flavors. Now the snacks were wonderful and the potato chips were in flavors such as steak, avocado and red peppers. Those were the the ones that I got. The potato chips bags themselves are extremely high-quality, which was very puzzling to me. But I've come to the conclusion that other countries just have much higher standards in packaging than we do in America.
You have an afternoon and two hours to kill definitely visit this place you will find some that will absolutely dazzle you or complete that little area of your kitchen that you just don't know what to do with. If you need dishes or place settings, they have those. Teacup sets they have you covered, and they are high-quality from what I can see as far as ceramics goes. are you a tea snob because let me tell you this place has so many different variations of tees that I will return for that section alone. My son and I were looking at the silverware and they were a little pricey but then I told him all of these are handmade. These are not made by a machine and I showed him the difference. if you're going to have place settings or silverware they should beof high-quality if you're going to have them forever.

This store is amazing, it had all kinds of Japanese snacks and lots of makeup. They also have a lot of different utensil all at affordable prices and the quality is amazing as all Japanese products are!

Went on opening day to check the place out. Super cute shop with alot of variety. Tons of snacks, toys, makeup, household products!

Everytime we come back is new experience fun exciting place to explore each aisle toys snacks n cosmetic a lot more can't wait to go back

Very nice store. I like the variety but mainly I enjoyed the costs of the face wash I typically buy which when I buy at Asiana in north valley it’s almost double the price.
It was a nice surprise. Loved the displays and some cool gift ideas

This place was so much fun just be careful it's easy to spend a lot of money here because you find that you need and want everything in the store. The prices are very reasonable the snacks food and Candy selection are unreal they have a fun little toy section and more than half of the store is devoted to HomeGoods Beauty Supply and other items as such. They have fun little arcade claw machines for plushies in there, you have to buy a token at the register for these. Be aware that the parking lot is an absolute disaster and good luck finding a spot but this place is still pretty new and the plaza is full of awesome places to eat and other stores worth checking out. Tessa was very clean and easy to navigate. My kiddos and I thoroughly enjoyed it we will be back

Japanese department store that’s Grand opening today 12/30/23.
You can find variety of beauty products, personal hygiene products, toys, and some hard to find snacks and food items.
Line to get inside was crazy long, so we’ll try again in about a month.
Can’t wait to shop here when the hype dies down.

My Japanese store dreams have been answered! Skin hair and makeup products I no longer have to wait a month or longer for. Cleaning products that make American cleaning products look like a joke! So many snacks and drinks. Claw machines and toys. And so much more! I can't wait until I'm sick of this store. Like that'll ever happen!!!

Teso is such a cool store! I stocked up on a bunch of Sanrio merch and snacks and drinks! The skincare section was fantastic. I wish they had more collectibles and gundams, but I'm sure those will grow in stock over time. They just opened, and the line to get in was out the door, so it's very popular! The line to check out was long but moved quickly. This is a great spot to stop for anyone into Korean beauty or Japanese fandoms! The drink selection and freezer sections were awesome!!

This place is new so I expected the crowds. They had a great selection of snacks and drinks. I had so much fun playing the claw machines as well. I will definitely be back.

Arizona's newest and best Japanese market! The selection of frozen food impressed me the most but besides food there are home/personal goods, toys and crane games; even pet supplies!

Great selection of Japanese cosmetics, snacks, toys, and some household goods. Like a Japanese Walgreens/CVS. Better items and selection than any Daiso. Glad we have one in AZ

This store is epic. Bring money to spend, there is a lot you will want to buy! Prices are extremely reasonable and the selection is amazing. This is definitely one of my new favorite stores!

Finally a Japanese Department store in the Valley! No more driving to San Diego for our fix

This place is filled with a few familiar items you might see at Cost plus world market, but has sooo much more in terms of specialty treats, drinks, toys and everything Japan.
