Michaels is more of a word of mouth craft store that is a worth a rotation if you're looking for something crafty or you're just in the area.

Perhaps less well known than Joann Fabrics, it has more exclusively creative arts range and niche products. The Mansfield location is a superior location (Mansfield Crossing) in range of other rare quality shops like Marathon Sports and Hilliard's Chocolate. Staff are pleasant and helpful.

Super friendly staff I didn’t get her name but the woman on the register today around 5pm ish (brown hair and glasses) was awesome!! Helped my mom and I out a ton informing us about coupons we could use. Will definitely be back!!

I visited this location last evening not knowing exactly what I needed for my project and the employee there whose name is Karma, went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed even giving me a tutorial of how the product worked. I could not have hoped for a better customer experience. Thank you!

Michaels not only gave me the foundation to create, but also a way to express my creative uniqueness. Bonus. The clearance for holiday stuff is unparalleled. Also they have something for everyone from fingerprint artwork for the little ones to metal stamps, DIY jewelry and also high-end make your own Advent calendars.

Anything you need or want to decorate your home or yard? Or even your mini home? Lol I found anything and everything I could ever dream of at this Michael's. I can't wait till I go there. Next time to grab my DIY dreamcatcher kit.

I recently got into making stickers and this store has been a hotspot for me! I have yet to meet an associate that wasn't incredibly helpful and accommodating. If you're a regular crafter like I've recently become and you haven't signed up for their rewards program, you're missing out. Get there, get crafting!

Great inventory, go here for crafts and many supplies, they have always had everything we needed. Customer service is top notch. The Birthday packages have a wide variety of activities and can range withing many ages.

I make wire sculptures that more and so far Michaels has been a good source.
I look for attributes like bright colors, a variety of stiffness , and thicknesses.

I walked in and was immediately greeted by a polite and helpful associate. She took me directly to the correct aisle and picked out the exact product I was looking for. This store has everything so getting in and out in under 5 min was a welcome suprise.

Love this store. Visit and purchase frequently. Usually purchase shadow box frames in bulk. Quality of the frames are great to display my pebble artwork.

If you are looking for arts and crafts, this is your place. My daughter always finds something for a project to keep her busy. I also use them for inexpensive, off-the-shelf frames. Best part is you can always find a 40% discount coupon on full-price items.

I just recently graduated with my Master's degrees, and my mom wanted to frame my undergrad and grad degrees for me as a gift. My mom and I met with Reilly, a custom framer at Michael's, and he was fantastic. Patient and extremely helpful with suggestions while still accommodating for what were were asking. We were there for over an hour and we never felt rushed or concerned that we were asking to many questions. I also wanted my graduation tassels to be included in the frame but wasn't sure if it would look right. Reilly showed us samples and gave us detailed pictures to show us how the final product would come out. Upon pick-up I was blown away at how beautiful they both came out. The contrast of my degrees with my school colors and how beautifully the tassel was draped in the frame. I could not recommend Michael's custom framing any more, so happy and excited that these will be displayed forever in my home. Thank you!!

Convenient for craft supplies and the store coupons are an added bonus. The store is bright, orderly and the staff are pleasant.

Staff is always helpful and friendly. ALSO, I lost my phone there once and was freaking out because it was at 7% and I wasn't sure Find My iPhone would work for too long... and THEY CHARGED IT FOR ME! Above and beyond guys.

We recently hosted my kids 5th year old bday party at Michaels in Mansfield, MA. I couldn’t be happier with the service, activities and help from the wonderful staff at Michael's. They were great to work with and accommodating to our needs. I would recommend their birthday party’s here 100%.
