Steve, who works in the windows and doors department, is the subject of this evaluation. He has always assisted me with my orders; most recently, he helped me with a door order that had some concerns and red flags. He is an important worker and a class act! I appreciate all of your time and assistance. It's really uncommon to witness such outstanding, extravagant customer service. I'm grateful.

Fantastic as always, the Mansfield store in particular. Every time, the stock is superior to, say, South Attleboro. Here, too, the people are wonderful. Update for 2022: Nothing changed. Fantastic end-of-season sales are also seen.

Big shout out to Doug the manager. He went above and beyond to help me this morning. Also thanks to Karen the cashier for your help as well. You guys are awesome!

Great as usual, especially the Mansfield store. The stock is always much better than say south attleboro. Also the people are great here. 2022 update- hasn't changed. The end of season sales are fantastic too.

Got a guaranteed to start lawnmower “Toro” about 2 years ago now. Called and spoke to Ed in lawn and garden. He told me to bring it in and they will look at it. It still wouldn’t start so they went ahead and gave me a brand new one! 10 STARS if I could especially for Ed! You really helped me out soooo much! Thank you for your patience and excellent customer service!! Happy customer.

They have good stuff. Expanded garden section in spring is quite nice. Good location and never too busy

Great selection of outdoor flowers. We are never disappointed shopping at home Depot. We come back every year with good quality flowers.

I came in asking for parts that I thought would be adequate for the job and then I describe my problem to Colin in hardware and he found a product that was more suitable for my needs. Give him a raise.

I visited the Home Depot because I saw something online I wanted to buy, but in order to get my 10% veterans discount, I had to go into the store and order it through customer service. I ended up getting a great deal on a set of end tables. Customer service person was very friendly professional and helpful. I wish Home Depot would come up with a way (much like Lowe's) to establish veterans status so you could receive your discount at checkout online.

I certainly hope Home Depot of Mansfield praises and recognize their employees. Today I had the most pleasant and helpful shopping experience I’ve ever had at a retail location. John (plumbing) helped me each of the 4 times I was in today. He did not hesitate to politely ask if I needed assistance as well as extending his problem solving on an impossibly tedious adapter situation other store employees would have given up on. I hope they pay him well, this man deserves a raise! Thank you for all your help!

My experience at Home Depot was great. The personnel working there were very helpful. I was able to find everything I needed to help me repair my toliet. I got great advice to repair the inside parts to make my repair easier. I went to Lowe's first but didn't get the help I needed let alone the advice. There is an associate who works the plumbing department who always comes up to you and asks if there is anything that he can help you with and he always does help you until you can accomplish the task you want to complete. I wish I had his name. He has I believe red hair and wears glasses. He works in the Mansfield store

I like this HD better than others in the area and better than the other big box hardware store brands in the area. This stores seems better organized and stocked and staff is generally very helpful.

Juliana at the service center was awesome! I had previously called two other locations that were closer to me than this one and neither one really tried to help me just answer a question on their return policy. She looked up when i purchased an item and helped me out immensely. She was quick and professional and made my experience here ensure that this location will be the only one I use from now on.

Ordered an airconditioner yesterday and showed up at a random time today to pick it up.
After we pulled up to the "product pick-up area" we went to the website and told them we were there and which spot. 10 minutes later a very nice young man brought it out and carefully placed it in our vehicle.
These guys are on their game!

This is my local and favorite Home Depot location. It's always clean and organized. A pleasure to shop.
