Love seeing an ethnic place like this especially being that I'm Spanish too and can find most of what I need and use from here rather than your typical food store especially when I found the inca kola which is my favorite drink since childhood and frozen yucca! 😁🙏🏻🇵🇪🇵🇪🇵🇪

The selection is fantastic. I was so happy to find out that they even have Tres Leches in sometimes. Don’t forget to grab your fresh bread on the weekends. Super friendly staff. I cannot wait to go back! I’m excited to see the store grow!

I'm grateful Mexicana has not only variety of Mexican food 🍱 /drink 🍹 products but also Latin American food/drink products (specifically Peruvian based food/drink products such as Inca Kola either in 2L bottles and cans I took the opportunity to purchase all without driving down to Columbus, spending $10+ for gasoline ⛽ to acquire what was somewhat a long trip both exhausting and near expensive due to the current economic uncertainties hurting numerous businesses)
As both a Peruvian and Ohioan nowadays complimenting the Mexican community importing products from all Latin American countries including Perú 🇵🇪 for various reasons, I hope you'll receive more down south and finally, welcome to the community hermanos

La Mexicana is a family operated convenience store featuring Hispanic grocery store items, spices and snacks. Selection is a bit limited, but customer service is excellent. La Mexicana offers a variety of spices, particularly chili peppers-- a definite requirement for anyone looking to cook Mexican. Of particular interest were the snacks. They offer a wide variety of them. Cookies, cakes and chips all with unique flavors. If you're looking to take a trip to Mexico but lack the funds, or if you're looking to try fun foods with a Hispanic twist, La Mexicana is a tasty stop to try.
