Was warmly treated by the manager upon arrival. Jason was the tech who helped me upgrade, and I think the thing that impressed me the most was his ability to multitask. He was handling 3 customers at once, myself included, and did so professionally and with courtesy, even though most of the customers were wackadoodles, myself included. Jason, and the entire staff handled curve ball after curve ball coming through the door, made honest efforts to understand each problem, and then did their best to try fix them. Top scores for customer service.

The staff was super friendly and helped me get my service setup quickly. Shout out to Joel for being super patient with me while we got the porting figured out! By far my favorite ATT location

AT&T is the best. The people are great they make you feel happy. They make us laugh and give us the best deals.

Mario takes care of all his employees and even troubleshoots corporates calls in house to make sure we get phenomenal results. I love at & t and Mario makes everything go well. He needs a raise!!!

My husband and I went to the store to purchase a phone. The wait was long but worth it. The rep Joel was assisting another customer but politely acknowledged our presence when we walked in the store. He was very knowledgable about the products and services which enabled me to make an excellent choice for the product I wanted. Joel, you are an excellent and a great asset for that store.

Was at the AT&T office in Brockton to upgrade my phone. Man, the sales rep (Charles) was unbelievable. Very polite and knowledgeable about all their offers & products. He was so good he almost made myself and my friend buy the whole store. Really appreciate Charles. Thank you.

My old iPhone was broken. I decided to visit ATT store in Brockton close to the mall at which I was. The manager was greeting me and asked a young man to help with my purchased. This young man, Joel, is very knowledgeable and has a great customer service skill. That experience was so good that I already referred two friends to go there.

I had to suck a great experience. Mario was accommodating and explained everything. Help me get exactly what I wanted. He was terrific and very friendly—great store in general. My phone also was supposed to come in a few weeks, but it arrived the next day. Great Service.

Had an awesome experience. As soon as I walked in a little frustrated I was greeted and taken care with such patience. Mario took great care of me he added a line for me and explained everything in detail and broke down everything so I won’t have any surprises.

Sofia was amazing. I was in and out , she helped me so quick. I appreciate her so much. I recommend asking for her if you ever go.

Andrew was very helpful - definitely exceeded expectations. I met him yesterday, but after shopping around for a better deal, we returned to work with him. At a time when customer service has generally gone the way of the dinosaur, Andrew (and his co-worker Mario) restored my faith in putting customers first. Andrew helped my daughter with the accessories she needed for her new iPhone, and was extremely patient and helpful. He answered questions and explained everything to us. This was a great experience. It was a very busy store and Both representatives still managed to help everyone and be courteous and respectful of our time. They were extremely friendly but most of all clearly knew what they were doing. I was given great suggestions to make my service better and got everything I needed done that day taken care of. I will continue to go out of my way to visit this store in the future for all of my needs.

I stopped by the AT&T store in Brockton MA. I was helped by Curt, who was very helpful. He helped me select a new phone and very efficiently set it up. It was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend him and the Brockton store.
