One of your luggage carts isn’t working properly the wheels locks. Otherwise great stay.
Your housekeeping staff are wonderful and concierge have great customer service etiquette and very friendly.

First time staying over this hotel! Staff were great. Room was cleaned and everything I needed was there. Breakfast was good enough.

Staff was funny, friendly, and super helpful. Fresh coffee every morning including little things like granola bars and muffins for a grab and go breakfast! As anyone, whenever I stay with a hotel the first thing I do when I open my door is I like to inspect the room, make sure before I unload everything that I brought, I'm staying in the room. When I first walked into my room, there was a clean fresh scent and was absolutely spotless! Did not see one thing that made me feel uncomfortable or made me want to move ! I will definitely be coming back!

The hotel was super clean an the staff was so helpful. Sara the night manager is the most beautiful woman I have seen ever. I think she is my twin flame(if u believe in that like I do) I’m hoping she calls or texts me so we can let fate play it’s course. But 5 stars to this hotel trust me. Ron from maryland

It was an excellent experience stay in this hotel. Very confortable and clean.

The staff at this is a great asset to this establishment. Day or night always there to help. Kim and Jason both have superb customer service skills. Always smiling, glad to help you. The rooms are clean without the smell of a hotel. In the rooms they have a cute Lil breakfast nook with full size refrigerator, and a couple of stove tops. I would definitely recommend this property to everyone. Also if you are having a lil crisis with your hotel stay ask for Linda. She is quick problem solver.

Great hotel. Great staff. They were friendly and engaging. It seemed they were understaffed, but aside from a very reasonable complaint or two, they still did their best to make sure I was taken care of. They had dishes, and a cart to move your luggage. They allow smoking, though I do not think they are technically 420 friendly, however the smoking floor often smelled of delicious ganja. They are pet friendly.

The only drawback, and I will not remove a star as it may be a pro for many people: location location location. It is in the boonies on a freight truck access road about 20 minute drive from anything notable. Great for business, poor for sightseeing but very quiet and homey. If you don't mind driving to sight see, this is a wonderful location. If you want to be nearby other businesses, look at the Raynham hotels.

Phenomenal experience and very polite and extraordinary staff throughout the hotel. From front desk all to the housekeeping and maintenance personal. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family for either vacation or even business trips. Would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Staff was professional and helpful throughout our stay. This was my second stay and I will happily come again in the future. Minor maintenance issues but in line with what I would expect from a hotel of this type, basically a studio apartment. The location is super convenient and I recommend Extended Stay America of Norton to anyone needing a step up from a standard hotel room and certainly for anyone needing more than a day or two at a hotel. Happy to give a good rating

I spent 6 weeks here at extended stay and i must say it was the best experience. The hotel was clean and in a convinient location. The staff were very courtous and helpful with anything and everything. Peggy from front desk was extrememly helpful with everything and Jared from housekeeping did an amazing job. I highly recommend esa in foxboro norton

Everyone is staff person is great.
Everyone accepts me for who I am.
I haven't been evicted yet.
They dont judge me.
They are patient.
They allow pets in your room.
They have family and children.
They help me every day. This is my temporary home. I look forward to my real apartment. However I am grateful for what I have right now.

Outstanding hotel with employees and staff members that make you feel right at home and more than welcome. Rooms are clean very chill and súper reasonsble rates. I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this hotel its a simple no hassel booking process and respects your privacy to the Core. I find privacy most important. And this hotel gets it. Love it!

My Husband && I Have Been Here A Bit Over A Month. Our Stay Has Been FANTASTIC, To Say The Least. The ENTIRE Staff Are VERY Professional && Kind. The Grounds && Kept Clean. There Are No Foul Odors Or Trash On Or Inside The Property. Ms Ina && Mr. Kash Are. Beyond WONDERFUL‼I Recomend This Hotel To My Family && Friends.

Great place to stay awhile has a kitchen and lots of cabinets and great atmosphere . All the workers very friendly and everyone smiles. Antwon is running a great business I would highly recommend to family and friends me and Karen and bear had a wonderful time at extended stay keep up the great work.

New manager was very nice and helpful..very clean and the employees were very nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I love the fact the parking lot was clean and the rooms smelled clean and I love that they have a full kitchen in all the rooms.

Jason Souza has been on my and my fiancé’s side since day 1. He knows our suffering. I suffer from severe anxiety and Jason is the best employee. He helped me when I had a panic attack. He is non judge mental. The whole hotel staff are as well.

Awesome accommodations, clean,convenient, staff is awesome,just an all around great experience for someone like myself, long term,or short term,but I won't stay anywhere else after my time here! I'm very happy with the service and the manager is very nice and he's been helpful with our needs... this hotel is accommodating and caring... I have stayed here many times and I have been pleased with it...I can't say enough good things about it... one happy guest!!!

Fantastic place. Linda, Rachel and Jason were all great, never an attitude no matter how many times you show up to the desk in a day to harass them for room essentials they're always ready to help definitely will be back
