Big Lots

Excellent store. We visited this place for maintenance service to the automatic front door but is important to know how the management take care of the customer security and image of the store. This talk a lot about this property owners. Thanks for use our service.

I have always been a fan of Big Lots, but this store is by far my favorite. The outside is always clean, parking is very accessible. The store is always very organized and the associates are very attentive and helpful. Let’s not forget the prices are hard to beat!

This past Friday I went into Big Lots looking for furniture. Even though The bed that I was looking for was not available. Mike was more than patient working with me to help me find something else I wanted. Finally at almost 845pm. I decided last minute to purchase another bed through their leasing option and Mike was yet again so patient with me. Even with my last-minute purchases running around the store, adding more items he was the best. I highly recommend this store and working with Mike in the furniture department!! Saturday afternoon he also made sure that my box spring was ready to pick up and available as soon as I arrived to the store. Thank you Mike!!

I finally got to go to our new Big Lot's (the old Toy's are us) in Jensen Beach right on US hwy. 1, next to the Treasure Coast Mall. I arrived about 4pm and was very surprised to see 5 cars in the parking lot and inside I saw probably 4 people shopping through my entire 2 hours I was there!
The store is extremely clean, the aisles very spacious, shelves are stocked and other than 4 of the items I looked at didn't have a price tag. However, there was a very polite, and attentive young man employee walking around and was kind enough to help me. He would apologize everytime I found something else not marked but it wasn't his fault, then he'd head off to get the price for me. I want to let Management know that young man is a great addition to your store, just wish I got his name but other than a Manager and Cashier he seemed to be the only other employee, great job, thank you for your assistance!
I stated I spent 2 hours here and the reason was simple, I was comparing every item I usually buy and some I don't to the prices at Walmart! And I was very surprised that Big Lot's carry's name brands as well as generics but the cost was comparable but alot just a bit cheaper! They have several thing's on sale as well, for instance their Pepsi and Mountain Dew 12 pks. are 3 for $10 - that's only, $3.33 a 12 pk.! BUT, disappointed there was no Pepsi 12 pks. left.
I took many photos throughout the store so you may see for yourself the products offered, Christmas light's and decorations, everyday items, the vast furniture sets available, funny signs, some that make you giggle, the Christmas holiday gift food kits, on and on. I tried to get photos of the prices as well!!
I enjoyed my shopping visit to this new Big Lot's especially because I basically had the entire store to myself! I even picked up a few items more for Christmas gifts that I couldn't pass up due to their low prices!
* I photographed the store hour's through New Years Day! Their open Christmas Eve till 10pm, closed on Christmas!

Clean store. Lots of inventory. Was looking for a specific item but was told that the Stuart store had it in stock. Plenty of carts, parking. Staff was extremely friendly.

Hadn't gone in years. Found some good finds and a rolling cart that I've been looking for. Big Lots YAY.

Great selection of home items and everything else. We ended up buying some furniture and they came out great in our new home. Great customer service staff also.

Clean. Organized from end caps to rows to above rows. Tight ship. Staff was interacting with customers, knowledgeable, almost perfect to see in my eyes. Good products other stores don't have.
I must say, never expected big lots to abuse the term "clearance" and "on sale in my lifetime. Some xjearwra will balance it. Many folks will forget. But my cashier, young lady from California and her mother's stoll out there. Unsold from behind the register, got us laughing and smiling. Great stuff

Like always I will be honest. I love the store is extremely organized. Good prices. BUT I found something I don't like and I have to say it. I was looking for a gazebo and they have the display for sale. I was so happy because like I said the prices are great. I told the guy perfect I take it. And he very polite told me I have to pay it and wait 4 weeks to get it ready to take. No 72 hours no 4 days.. no 4 weeks.. I told him ok I will take it down I need it and he said no due to insurance. Not even signing a liability papers. I guess it's ridiculous making you pay for something they can take down in 2 hours and make you wait a whole month. Sorry like I said this is my personal opinion and I guess is not about the store itself it's the people who works there who doesn't care about providing a good customer service. For something you can grab and go is a good place.

I was able to snag a really cute mask and sanitizer. They have filter pocket masks for kids and adults. Great prices.

fun place to shop. good selection of household items and some European food delicacies. Today our find was Bauducco classic panettone. Excellent price. Could not find any at the three retailers we visited prior to arriving to Big Lots.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Corey the manager. We placed an online order to be delivered. It’s delivered by a 3rd party. After several days and times of no shows I had a time window from 12-2 today. At 4:00 I called the delivery company to see where my stuff was and was given yet another run around. I took a 1/2 day off work! At 7:30 pm I received a call from a man stating him and his team was almost to the store and they’d be to my home shortly. 15-20 mins later I got a call from a lady telling me that the store manager refused to let her pick up my purchase and I’d have to take it up with them and no refund on the delivery because she was there and it was not her fault. I called Corey, for him to tell me that this lady showed up alone to pick up 600lbs! When he told her she needed help to load she left. I called the delivery co back and they said it was set for a 3 person pick up/delivery and it had the weight of items. There’s a lot of details to this but you get what I’m saying. Anyways, Corey went out of his way to get his delivery guy, Charles right on the job for a delivery for tomorrow. Charles already called me to confirm! Great customer service! Thanks, Corey!
