Pirate’s Cove Resort and Marina

This place is great. Bar/restaurant outside by the water. Fine dining inside. Rooms nice. Pool nice. I even like to go charter fishing on the "Safari 1" charter boat which is only steps away!

We stayed in the marina Dec 23 on a Cape Dory Trawler 28. The staff were very nice and helpful. The docks and facilities were immaculate! The surrounding neighborhood is easily walkable with dogs. We enjoyed the Christmas boat parade!

Commenting on the restaurant and bar areas only. This is a large dining restaurant with indoor formal dining, outdoor casual dining/bar, and a by the water bar with entertainment. There is also space for banquets.
The by the water outdoor bar right next to the marina is my favorite.

We liked everything about the resort. The staff was always helpful and friendly. The resort is in a good location. The resort could use a room for any small group to use for meetings.

We have never stayed on site but we’ve had several out of town guests that have without complaints. I’m posting as a local that just loves this spot. Downstairs the bar/restaurant is a little hidden gem. Always live local musicians. We go at least once a week and the service and smiles have only gotten better since Nikki starting managing the team. Many places in the area with good food and drinks but this is a place I always feel welcomed. The views are beautiful and you can walk the docks and see the local fisherman come in daily with their catch. Highly recommend!

Great place to come have a beer / drink. Whether you are a local or staying at the resort this bar has some of the best views around the area.

We are at the Cove restaurant on a Sunday evening. It was not busy and our waiter was very attentive and professional. All 6 of us enjoyed our meals and deserts. We have stayed at the resort 2 different times in the past two years, but this time was just dinner with family that came into town.

Great time and experience with my old college friends, captain took us to all the best spots. a lot of fun!

Brianna was my waitress tonight. Said she typically bartends but got called in to help out. She was wonderful. The recommendation for dinner was spot on and was very attentive ( even while being busy ) she's a Rockstar. Will be coming back for sure. Thankyou for a great experience

What a super nice time and the food was outstanding!! Took my mother here for a late mothers day ( i live out of town -be nice!) Lauren our server was very helpful, i tried to order a burger(haha!) and Lauren nudged me towards a fantastic shrimp scampi. Mom had the Mahi and was very impressed! We will be back and look forward to another fantastic waterfront view and experience! Talked to one of the managers Nikki ( spelling might be wrong sorry!) on the phone to tell her this and more- such very nice group! we will be back! Mom happy... everyone happy!

This place is great. Staff are very friendly. We’ve stayed here about 6 times over the last year. We normally stay at Hilton brand chains but this place really fits the bill. It’s got 2 bars and 1 restaurant. The downstairs “tiki bar” is right next to the marina and attracts mostly locals but is very welcoming and has a good happy hour. The location is also appealing in the fact that it’s about a 3 block walk to a few other bars and restaurants-our favorite being The Twisted Tuna. It has a huge menu and the food and the sushi are great. The rooms at the cove are just a little dated, but very clean and more than adequate. All the rooms have a waterfront balcony, it’s just that one building is a little set back and has a view of the pool and the marina, where as the waterfront rooms are right on the water. I’ve been told the rooms are all identical except for the bed type. Really recommend this place.

My son and I stayed here for the bonito blast fishing tournament and we had such a wonderful weekend, the service and hospitality we experienced was above and beyond by all staff in every department thank you for such a fantastic stay and we can’t wait to come back!

The food here is great! The fish tacos and shrimp tacos are both amazing and it tastes like all the ingredients are very fresh. Also, this is a great place to go have a couple drinks by the water. My family and I had a good time looking at all the beautiful boats. Especially since it's across the water from a Hickley yard.

So glad we found this place. Balcony on the water overlooking the fishing boats. Got to see the fish they caught. Awesome tiki bar and restaurant. One of the best blackened Mahi sandwiches I ever had. Great sunrise that day from balcony
