7-Eleven

I have been in quite a few times and assisted by Oceana, mainly. She is friendly, engaging, and very helpful. Most of the people there have been, but I'd just like to mention her specifically because she has created particularly enjoyable interactions for me. Every bit of contact in one's day total up and all of those at 7 eleven have been positive. Thank you, Oceana.

The guy that works third shift at this store is Very nice.

Good gas prices. Convenience store and lottery. Good coffee and cold drinks. Friendly clerks.

Friendly staff. Clean store. Convenient for US 1 north.

Ladies seem nice but didnt have pizza ready and cold ready to go food is completely out of stock.

I have never witnessed something so disgusting, I came here 2 weeks ago and it was the exact same way. The soap and sanitizer dispensers still remain empty and there is literally feces on the toilet. Most disgusting gas station and the people who work there should be cleaning it because that is part of your job. Other restroom is out of order and has been for weeks.

If there was a button to press0 I would the man at the cashier was very rude and ignored us when we asked to take something off and she told us that there was other stuff on there and he would not take it off because he said it was ours when it was not ours

Buy car wash at pump just to find out car wash is broken down.might want to put sign up at pump duh.

Went in today to pick up some smokes real quick. My husband entered the store and waited while he waited the older cashier lady was being extremely ignorant to a customer in front of him who had a hard time understanding and using his card. When It was my husband turn to pay he told the cashier that there’s better ways to handle situations like that she in turn started being ignorant towards him threatening to refuse service the older tall man that works there which I’m not sure if he is a manger or just regular worker then started pushing my husband out of the store and I watched him amongst many others swing on my husband and in self defense my husband went to swing back he kept grabbing my husband and just making a whole scene I in turn got out of my vehicle and walked up to break up the two from going any further . I told the worker he is on the clock and shouldn’t be behaving that way and I told my husband to get in the car .The worker then proceeded to take pictures of my husband and I as we were leaving in our car. I have mad a report to corporate but this is unacceptable behavior and from the looks of the reviews at this 7/11 this location is known for being ghetto and having terrible employees. Which is a shame because this is a nice town to have trash like that working and representing that store. We will be seeking legal counsel!

Absolutely horrible service half the time I leave before making it to the counter since the dumb women behind it likes to take her sweet time they employee anyone at this place obviously. The lady holds up the line goofing off and these isn't the 1st 2nd or 3rd time I've seen her doing it either. She is 40's most likely has long brown hair she wears up in a bun with a gray streak in her hair.
Why is there only 1 person working and why is it her of all people. Absolutely Terrible. I have seen so many people complain and walk out.

Absolute mannerless people. Went there to get a pizza , while walking inside the store the stare given by the lady to me was disgusting as if I had done something wrong or was about to steal some stuff inside the store, a total racist lady in working in her 40s at around 10-11:30pm. At the counter ,didn't give me my receipt and when I asked for she replied extremely rudely as if she's doing some kind of favour on me. Horrible experience! Racist obnoxious employees

Overnight employee that looks like a Hispanic male is extremely RUDE! Everytime I go in that store he gives out an attitude and once you tell him about his own job he gets defensive. So sad! Definitely calling corporate because talking to any mgr won’t work. They’ll keep their employees and won’t do anything.

Filthy. Smells, Floor was so sticky your shoes stuck to it , we had to pull our shoes away from the floor. Created a hazardous situation. When checking out i informed Susan how bad it was. This assistant manager Susan should never be allowed to work with the public. Horrible human being. Her comment was.. dripping in sarcasm.. let me drop what I am doing to mop that just for you. Embarrassing me in front of other customers. We will never ever use recommend and will warn people away from this store.

If I could give zero stars I would. The carwash has done damages to my car and needs to be closed, until repairs are done to the equipment. I hope management does the right thing and offers to have it repaired. Be careful with their carwash! I have complained to the employees in the store on 1/8/2022, but told to come back on Monday to speak with the manager. An additional report was also made. I really hope to have this issue resolved. Getting a simple car wash has turned into car damage and it's not right.

So sorry you have an attitude cause you wanna mop the floor at 9 pm instead of waiting til later at night. Gave me an attitude cause I asked if it was okay if I walk on the floors and got a whole speech about how no respects blah blah blah so I told her I would go somewhere else. Should have just locked the doors for 30 min and did the floors

Always had problems with 7-eleven, most of them anyway but when you must you must.
Entered there because it was convenient, big mistake.
First you have to prepay at 3;00 in the afternoon, with other gas stations, when you prepay, the cashier tells you they will credit the card if you need less than the amount paid, well not 7-eleven, you have to call corporate and argue with them. So finally people give up and they keep the money. Good gig!

Employees at this location are very rude to some customers and if you voice your concerns regarding their rudeness they don't respond to you. I've noticed that they treat different people with different levels of courtesy. Next time it happens I will be writing another review with the exact details of my experience. Treat all people the same!
