i came earlier tonight and was helped by a wonderful employee by the name of Laysha! she was so helpful in guiding me to the correct isle and made my shopping experience go so smoothly!

Went in today with my kids and charged all my fruits and vegetables on my wic card it charged me three times on my card I went in with 20$ for fruits and vegetables and left with 5$ on my wic card and also showed me on my wic card app that stop and shop took it they still told me it didn’t go through and took my juices and cheese for my kids and also told me it was a state issue because I was on wic never happened to me before I’m going to call cooperate in the morning my issue was not solved and they tried to embarrass me saying i was on wic and it was a state issue I also took went to pricerite right down the street and used my last 5$ for fruits and vegetables becuase stop and shop robbed me and had no issue I’m never going to this stop shop again and told me they couldn’t do nothing to help me why have a manager on duty that can’t help you her name was Diane I don’t think she knew what she was doing clearly showed I was charged on my receipt. I went in the next day 10/16/23 during the night shift I came in with my receipts and I didn’t even have to show the proof on my wic app because it showed on the receipt I was charged for all the items the night manger was so nice and helpful and helped me and she made me feel like a human her name was phylise she knew absolutely what to do and made my day so much better that’s what you call a good manager and I’m only giving 5 stars because of her she deserves more the 5 stars thank you again phylise

Organized clean the people who work there are nice.and they have everything,a lot of gluten free,sugar-free something for everyone.

Pleasant experience but I was there during the week at an uncrowded time of the month.
Looking for rotisserie chicken salad and I did not see it. But the store was nice and cool and comfortable. And this store has spaciousness and I did not feel cramped at all. I like that.
Easy helpful quick checkout. No large lines!

This place is well staffed nice and clean and good customer service can't go wrong they always have everything I need.

I'm a stop and shop fan for many reasons, but most of it has to do with variety. This store is always clean, the staff is always friendly, they work quickly when there are lines but they are still very attentive. They generally have the store well stocked, and we'll organized.

Beautiful, clean, well organized store. Excellent bargains. Very friendly staff. Our first time shopping in the Cumberland store on Mendon Road. We will be shopping there from now on.

What a beautiful farm, lots of people . This is is a great farm to do activities with your kids and keep them outdoors. They had a great turnout. My only suggestion would be, is next year to do an RSVP so there is a count, for an appropriate amount of eggs to be put out for the kids, so the farm doesnt run out. My granddaughter found the Golden egg, so that made up for the lack of eggs she was able to obtain, as there were none left, as they ran out early not expecting this good of a turnout. Great place to spend time with your family outdoors..Nice farm

Has what I need when my local stop and shop doesnt

The store in generally quiet when I go in the evening. Shelves are stocked well, the store is large, and there's a Citizens Bank inside. There are a handful of self checkouts and multiple regular checkout lanes open. There is also a pharmacy. The produce section is very well stocked. The deli offers a selection of hot grab&go foods to take home. And don't forget your $$ for the Coinstar machine.

I really like this location .I don't have a vehicle right now and being on a bus route is wonderful. The produce always looks excellent .I also found the help extremely freindly and helpful. I also like the quality and selection of meat. Only beef might be the seafood section seems smaller than most locations.They also have a citizens bank branch on site

I have been living in Cumberland a relatively short time, but I have had nothing but great experiences each time Ive gone. I feel on a whole the cashiers are very pleasant. The self checkout can sometimes be a bit of a pain when you have to make sure each item registers with the scanner. If it doesnt well it can be a bit of a testy visit. I honestly though enjoy going here and I feel they are well stocked. Prices are average . Im a happy customer. 🤗💯✔

This is my favorite store I love shipping here. You get points for gas and other things in the store like the new program that they have called Go Rewards it's wonderful if you all get the Fuel Rewards App you'll see just what I'm talking about. I have my Stop and Shop card linked to it and it helps me with my gas points
