Awesome customer service! 👍 Clean store. Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Reasonable prices. I highly recommend this store to everyone.

Some of the best customer service you can still find at any store these days.
Sometimes I come here as much for the advice as I do for the convenience.

Prices are slightly higher than Home Depot, but not enough to warrant the extra drive.

I don't come here often but when I do they're always very helpful I'm much appreciate having this Ace nearby.

Big shout out to Steve I had to run in at 7:55 p.m., 5 minutes before they closed and Steve was able to find me a specific type of bushing and bulkhead fitting that I needed at the last second. I found that a lot of places when you go in right before they close give you attitude the employees are trying to get out of there I get it and of the day but My interaction tonight with Steve leaves me hope.

Very professional and helpful. The staff was knowledgeable and helped me with my search for a tap bit. Even though the size I needed wasn't available, I was pointed in the right direction to fund what I needed.
I'll be returning to this Ace store should I be looking for any other tools or accessories.

Every time I go in there it's clean classy respectable and awesome. This place is always been my go-to for the last 10 years in this neighborhood. I went in and needed a special product and it was a bit hard to find for me as I am not a plumber. The customer service is always second to none and the employees have got their stuff down. I wish that all hardware stores were like this. I don't go to home Depot or Lowe's anymore.

Had to get a single pane window replaced. Joe was very helpful and polite, the best part though was he kept his word when it would be done...a dying tradition in today's world. Was really impressed with the store and the employees. Very reasonable price and good work. Another project off my to do list. Thanks.

Great place to get parts for home repairs, furniture repair, the staff knowledgeable about locations of all metric and standard screws, nuts, bolt and other pieces, that got lost.
Or when a screw falls out..

One of the last GOOD hardware stores. Home Depot and Lowes are the walmarts of hardware they dont count.

The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They ask great questions and offer advice for your project. Prices are competitive. The store also has a great selection, it's bigger than most hardware stores in the area. Not counting the walmart hardware stores mentioned above.

Had the florescent light bulbs I needed and they were on sale.

I went to them because the have a ReSharp machine in their store. Brought five knives. The did an excellent job while I waited. Walked around the store while I waited. Clean, neat, lots or merchandise and staff was friendly and helpful.Going to them with a second batch of knives soon.

They didnt even have to do that.. That was going above and beyond for their customers 👍👍.... Always a great experience. All sales floor reps were especially attentive today. Nice to see young adults at the registers. The store was so neat and clean.

I've been going to this store for many years and they always have been attentive to my questions and needs . 1 thing they seem to be falling behind on is I was told the owner was a veteran . I loved the veterans baseball caps they sold there. Im an Air Force veteran . The passed 2x I went there I wanted to buy a new one along with my other purchases . They only had Navy and Army veteran caps . Lol 😁, the only place I've known the past 20 years that sells these caps .

This Ace is top notch! Everytime I visit the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Decent selection for most any project and need.
