Love this cute local boutique and have been getting gifts for friends and family here for years! They have so many cute and unique things for everyone, plus I always get a few things for myself! Love their home and kitchen stuff and they have my favorite kind of beautiful and simple jewelry. You guys have to check this place out!

Someone I know recently shared this place on Instagram and it looked so cute that I had to visit.

I loved the feel in here. It was Instagram-worthy (which we all love, let's be real), had the most kind and inviting staff, and had something for everyone.

The shop includes jewelry, knick knacks, clothing, patches and pins, soap, feminist-themed things, Arizona decor, reusable bags and cleaning supplies, children's things, etc etc.

I bought gold cactus earrings, a ring with a gold band and silver heart, rose soap, and a Swedish washcloth. I wouldn't have picked that up if one of the employees hadn't talked me into it! I've used it a few times and (1) it's cute, (2) it's held up after a few washes so far, and (3) is stronger than it looks! Thanks, girl (who I can't remember her name - sorry!).

I am obsessed with everything I purchased. I loved the shop, the products, and the people. Great boutique!

Favorite Phoenix shop to buy gifts for basically any occasion or to treat myself. Basically everything they carry would bring me joy which is why I never leave without a few new treasures.

The girls that work here are so kind and helpful. The customer service is phenomenal. The way items are gift wrapped are so perfect... all the way down to the gift tag. Thank you girls for making it such an incredible shopping experience.
I brought my best friend in today. It was the first time she had been in your cute shop. She could see why I love it so much..... They have gifts for everything... “we’re having a baby” “Happy Mother’s Day”..... and look at the care that goes into the storefront. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! THE EMPLOYEES ARE EVERYTHING!! So is the merchandise!! SHOP LOCAL!!!

I wanted to update my review to current status.. is will always be my “go to”… even more so since we’ve moved.

It just has so many unique things.. one of a kind gifts.. but I truly have to give a shout out to HANNA!!! Thank you EVER SO MUCH for emailing me, helping me with my order over the phone and the fact you’re going to wrap it and ship it! You truly went out of your way and gave me the absolute best customer service!!!

I went to Frances years ago and remember their inventory being pretty lackluster (to me, at least). I decided to stop in today on a whim, and I was pleasantly surprised by the selection of stylish items! The employees told me that a new owner took over last year, and it shows. I purchased some things for a friend's birthday, as well as for myself. I will definitely be back!

Frances is a great little boutique store to find all kinds of things- great for locally made items, gift ideas, apparel, and more! We stop by anything we’re looking for a card, gift, or just want to see what’s new in their collection. Highly recommend!

I’ve been following Frances on IG for a few years and was so happy to see it was located right by a bookstore I was shopping at. My friend and I walked a few minutes down the road and spent awhile browsing through stickers, cute stationery, and some nice Baggu products. I love how well they had everything merchandised and the staff was super kind. Would recommend for local gifts and knick knacks to take home.

Such a community gem run by such wonderful humans! Great spot for clothes, gifts, and just cool bits and bobs. They have a little bit of everything, it’s all hip and delightful. Within walking distance to other killer stores too!

This was our first visit to Frances. It was filled with all kinds of unique items from a key chain to a baby girls dress. I could not name everything but I know you will find something. My husband and I picked a few cute Christmas Ornaments. He picked a key chain, I picked earrings and also a donut rattle for our 2nd grandchild on the way. The staff was very friendly and made us feel comfortable. We will definitely be going back again for that special something.

This wonderful boutique was filled with affordable fashion needs that made me visit them again and again. Aside from their fashion needs, the place was very captivating. It was stylish, clean, and has a big space to feel at home. Also, I greatly love the way on how the staff entertained me. It was with respect and responsibility. Super chill shop, don't need to have an idea of what you want, just show up, and they have all kinds of great stuff to gift to someone or just yourself.

Lovely gift shop famously owned by Aidy Bryant from SNL's mother that has been a local staple for years. I was finally able to visit on a lunch break, and found out it had recently been sold to a former employee, keeping it in the family, so to speak. They have a wonderful, unexpectedly large assortment of gifts for all types of people, and was pleasantly surprised by the low prices. I will come back this weekend to get some Christmas gifts for my mother and sister for sure, I just didn't have much time today.

I ordered online (I didn't realize they were local) so I can't speak to the storefront, but my online experience was excellent. My order arrived the next day beautifully wrapped and with a handwritten note. They carry a great range of cute, hard to find/one-of-a-kind items and they're super nice to boot. I plan to make a trip to their store soon.

This cute small business has a piece of my heart. I’ve been going for years and have loved watching it evolve. I go here whenever I need a birthday gift, going away present, Christmas gift...or something for myself! I’d received checking this shop out if you’re looking for something cute, unique and potentially homemade!

Wow! My teenage daughter and I wanted pretty much everything in this fabulous store. If you're hoping to find pretty, eclectic and unique treasures, do not miss checking out this shop. Love this little shop! I went in after work and they were only open for 15 more mins but I got off work later than expected. The two girls working tonight were so kind to let me shop for a birthday gift. They told me to take my time and even gift wrapped the pieces I found. I was so worried about showing up so close to them closing that I almost just went home. I’m glad I didn’t bc I got the gift I needed and the customer service was amazing. Thank you!! ⭐ ❤

they've got a great selection of cute, quirky, unique, witty, sarcastic, and just plain ole fun pieces! my order got delivered quickly and you could tell it was packaged with love (which is a real rarity these days). oh, and their customer service is STELLAR!

A great place to find unique one of a kind gifts, from cute to sassy to hilariously crass, they have something for everyone. I found a ton of stocking stuffers this past December for my teen daughter, and she loved each of them.

I give this Store a 10 out of 10! There are tons of fun little Knick knacks for everyone but especially for mom's and Dad's/Teenagers. If you ever need to get a gift for someone, I would recommend coming to this store first!
