I took my 2015 Ford escape here for a second time for an oil change and also got an inspection and needed my brakes checked. I was pleased with the service they checked my brakes and told me about a problem I had had going on but my brakes were good and didn't need to be changed. Will continue my services here!

Awesome service! Picked up a nail off the interstate and came in 30 minutes before closing, they took in my car right away and patched the tire quickly. Nice and knowledgeable staff!!

What a lifesaver! Got a screw in our tire driving down 95 on our way to Florida. Stopped at Black’s 5 minutes before they closed and they were willing to help. Replaced the tire within 8 minutes and we were back on our way! Thank you!!

I needed a new tire, they didn't have any in stock, they ordered the tire and had it installed within 3 hours. Always great service from this location.

Came in yesterday with a check engine light on, they took my car back and quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. I was in and out in under two hours. And the price was not exorbitant. And that's why I keep coming back.

2/10/2024: Brought in my car for an inspection and was out in under 45 minutes. Can't beat the service.

I ended up at the Fayetteville Rd location. I was en route to South Carolina on vacation. With no rental car, I found a ride to my destination and they offered to keep my vehicle there and have it fixed for me. They were so helpful and made everything right for me. So thankful they were able to help me and I still enjoyed my vacation 😊🩷

Oil change, new tires, inspection all in one swoop. Plus they replaced a wheel bearing, so the steering is better and my Escape is much quieter on the highway. The reps at the counter are always courteous and efficient.

They get me right every time! When I say the men in this location truly care about the people they are caring for, they really care! I live in Fayetteville and when I get off it’s hard to make it back home and get my car serviced. For the past 3-4 years I’ve been taking my truck there for oil changes, Air in my tires, inspections, and anything else I’m unsure about. Take your car to them and I promise they will not lead you wrong!
