Great customer service ! Family owned small business owned and run by owner daily . Is always available even for my silly questions. Goes out of his way to help everyone. For about a month I could not get my phone to charge correctly took him 30 seconds and he was able to get my charging port working again! I thought I was going to have to send it back to Apple! I should have gone in right away not waited a month. Saved me again! He has great knowledge of phones and devices ! I would definitely suggest going to him before wasting gas and time looking around .He is actually qualified and will fix your devices correctly the first time and in a timely manor and without the crazy prices and run around.

I was extremely blessed today to visit QuikFix Mobile Repair! I drove an hour south to see if they could help me solve an issue with my LG Stylo4 smartphone that had stopped making phone calls over a year. Tyler very "quickly" (thus the name QuikFix)) addressed the problem and solved my longstanding Tracfone problem! It was a Simcard issue.Thank You Tyler! Today was a GREAT day. Tyler is great. He fixed my grandsons iPhone. The screen had a bright white line down the phone and you couldn’t use touch screen. Had it fixed in less than a half hour. And looked like a new phone.

This is a great little store here almost in the center of Pittsfield. Coming from New York there are so many repair stores and it was a big difference having very little phone stores that was dedicated to repairs for all kinds of electronics here in Pittsfield. Ive had a Samsung that I got locked out of since 2016 Tyler was able to get me access into my phone and was very helpful and quick with the process. I also got a iPhone 11pro max screen repair done here which was a smooth process as well, although a screen had to be ordered it was there the following day and my phone was repaired within 45mins of dropping it off. I truly appreciate this store as it also does laptop repairs and they also have a 3D printer that you can get custom stuff made! With all that said all around great service, it was a little on the pricey side but it was well
Worth the money. My phone looks brand new and I definitely will be coming back with my laptop to get it looked at along with any other devices I need fixed! Thank you again Tyler !

I needed the screen for my iPhone 11 fixed and the owner was friendly, helpful, skilled and fun to be around! I drove out there an hour because I had a feeling from our conversation on the phone that he would be more personal than other places - and he was. His prices are also fair. My phone is working great now. Highly recommend!

The owner of quick fix helped my husband with his iPhone 11 screen that went out for the second time first time we went to phone bros and they replaced his screen it went out again the other day we walked into quick fix and the gentleman took my husbands phone opened it up and seen that things weren't fully connected in the screen he fixed it right up for him and didn't even charge us for it. Thank you so much. He was very friendly and very helpful. I totally recommend you going to him with any phone fixing needs :)

Friday my sons tablet broke, when trying to find a place that would fix it quickly and efficiently. Tyler was the first that could get me in, literally asked me to drop it right off as he was closing within 30 minutes from when I called him about the broken iPad. I told him he had an older one he could use so it really wasn't a huge rush. He called me the next day a few hours into when his store opened with it ready and the price was much more responsible than anywhere else in town that I had called. He was super sweet to my son, and we will definitely be going back if we ever need another phone/iPad repaired. ❤

I had to travel from Albany, so Tyler set up an appointment and did my phone while I waited. The phone was originally a refurbished phone when I got it. After leaving Tyler's place today, the phone is in better shape than when I bought it 2 years ago. He's worth the trip from the Capital District.

This earnest young man deserves a visit for any broken phone. Reasonable prices, open long hours, quality repair, and most important, basic honesty, is what you will get. While network stores do not repair, which morphs into lying about non-repairability, take your damaged phone here first, if you want an honest and no-nonsense answer about what really can be repaired, and what cannot.
