The lady at the checkout was super friendly. The rest of the staff was very helpful including the person I spoke with on the phone prior to visiting to check the availability of a product. I bought the Ospho rust converter. You guys were awesome!

Our service person was great. He answered all our questions and provided great information. We purchased a snowblower and some other winter essentials. Everything we needed was available. Better still they will deliver so no set up on our part.

Been here once. Not much interaction with staff but wow what a nice store. Lots of stuff here well taken care of neat, organized.

Excellent service. I'm sorry I didn't get the young lady's name that greeted me and showed me where to find what I went in for.As I headed for the checkout I was greeted again and asked if I needed help. There is another smaller hardware store in the area which I have gone but seems every time I've gone in I get the impression they're too busy to help me. Thank you Rockys Ace Hardware.

Its memorial day! Of course i run out of propane. Called spoke to ron. Very nice and polite. Came in he inspected my tank was good to go. He refilled it for me no problem. Felt bad another guy gave him an atitude because he had an ancient tank. Explained to him price for new one and customer lost it. Ron held his head up and explained it and the guy still ranted and left. I actually apologized for the other guy i didn't even know. Im definitely gonna be back! THANKS RON!

Needed a copy of a Mazda3 key, they looked at the computer and didn't have any in stock, I explained my urgency in getting a copy and the lady who took the call, put me on hold and when to the back storage, once back on the phone to my surprise they had one left, didn't take longer than 10 minutes in programming the key.

If I had the option, I'll give them 10 🌟

Thank goodness! I don't have to drive all the way to Home Depot and fight the crowds because this place has EVERYTHING! It's very clean and staff is very friendly. It's a little pricey but for a local hardware store it's pretty expected. Haven't been to the big chains since they moved in!
