I just want to give some recognition to one of your employees that works at night name JP he is awesome. I lost my keys in the store. He help me find them. They didn’t have milk he went checked in the back got to my car. I dropped my food. He helped me put it in my car. He is awesome very well mannered and I recommend him for a ploy of the month, thank you

The store was stocked, employees friendly, prices better than some other big national chains, and they carried the exact items I was looking for today, so bonus! Parking lot is large, plenty of spaces and cart returns. They have hand sanitizer available. Masks, for the moment, are optional.

This review is about the Christmas Spirit, which I was grateful to be the recipient of today on Christmas Eve 🎄! We stopped at this Fry's this morning to get a nice bottle of wine and floral arrangement for my mother. It's pouring rain today, which contributed to the huge crowd, rushing to get in out-of the rain. I was so sure I was early enough to beat the crowds. Not even close. I was amazed at how few Christmas Floral Arrangements there were left. I found an evergreen arrangement, but I told my husband it was lacking in color a bit. Enter my Christmas hero, Lorena- the floral arrangement manager! She heard us talking and offered to add some red flowers into the arrangement. I was so very grateful. I have attached the photo. Couldn't have ask to live around a frys with an amazing staff. And also their bouquet of flower options are the best with the lowest prices. So I had to take a couple snapshots of the bouquet I got for $4.00 and yes you read that correctly. Enjoy the pics

Samantha S. You're retarded and it's clear you don't watch any news to know what's going on around you. She really blamed the store for lack of items on shelves as of every damn store across country doesn't look like this. Your an idiot Samantha and I came here just to post that.

Our cashier Sam tonight was amazing! So fast and polite! She even stayed late to service guests as the checkout lines were wrapped around the store at 9pm tonight. Unfortunately this store is often out of random items such as powdered sugar tonight but totally not her fault and I felt she did such a good job she deserved a shining review!! Oh, and I HATE digital coupons!! Ok had to throw that in, they're the worst, just give me the gosh darn deal already! Anyways thanks to Sam we left happy tonight despite a few glitches, thanks Sam you do make a difference!!

Love the digital coupon and free items from their Fry's website. The gas point shopping idea is the best, especially when you get 2x or 4x points on the weekend Gift Card. Don't forget the survey for the points. I've saved so much in gas fuel because of this. This particular store seems to always be in stock even when they have their sales. The managers special mark down during the week in the early morning is awesome. Also don't forget the clearance section in the freezer located at the back end of the last freezer aisle. My Favorite Grocery Store.

Kim, the deli manager is beyond amazing. Her customer service skills are top notch. She is personable, knowledgeable, and made me feel so comfortable while ordering at the deli (it can be stressful with a line behind me) . She made my experience so good, and she has to be the friendliest employee I’ve ever encountered here at frys. Thank you so much Kim! You made my day.

Conveniently located near where I live so I frequent this particular location. I usually can’t find most things I need. Never had issues with customer service/staff, sometimes lines can be really long because of short staffing but that’s just about anywhere now. I also like that this location has the SRP kiosk so I can also pay my electric bill before it after I shop.

Thank you for having such great customer service. You have a really nice professional young man there name Morgan that is always so helpful and polite, I look forward to seeing him. Really good culture there. Thanks.

We've been at least once and up to 3 times a week customers since the store opened. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. We love that they started the Free Fruit for kids basket! They of course still want a cookie but it balances out! I don't have any complaints that I can remember details about. Overall, this is our store and probably always will be!

I was shopping a few days ago and at check out I was asked if I found everything I was looking for today? I responded that I was unable to get a certain shrimp but that it wasn't a problem I would check back in a few days. The assistant manager went out of his way to call the meat manager and get a screen shot of my phone with the type of shrimp I was looking for. The next time I was in (3 day laters) they were fully stocked. I appreciate the time and effort put into making me a happy customer, not many establishments go above and beyond, but this Fry's Food and Drug definitely did!

Usually have no problems the staff is all ways helpful. I have been going her for years. the only problem I had just happened on Friday August 18 2017 they were all out of there brand of coffee this Never happens. could be because I was there late at night I did not ask anny one to look in back for me because I was in a hurry. how ever I know that thy would have been happy to go look for me.

It's great! Kids who are 16/17 from Westview High School work there and it's nice for them to see some friends. There used to sell Westview HS Clothing but not sure anymore. Many people go there since there is a plaza, Restaurants, schools and stores nearby. Some people aren't wearing face masks anymore and the employees don't say anything though they have a sign saying to wear one.

This has been my main Fry's for two years and always had good experiences. Dropped my soda in the parking lot, and the cart guy runs and replaces it. Always chat with the deli girl, super nice staff, the list goes on. Classy grocery store.

Love this store. Always clean . usually busy but always have good deals.and always stocked. Staff very friendly. Every visit I go in happy and leave happy. Not irritated.lol. I would bypass store close to me to come to this one.

I've been coming to this store for years, and it's been mostly the same staff since I moved out here in 2010. I never have to search to find what I'm looking for, the store is clean and the staff is friendly. I will say though, that their beer selection use to be a lot better. They started to get rid of some of the good local brews and put things like Samuel Adams and less appealing liquor store shelf-beer in here. They do, however, cycle in seasonal beers from places like Elysian Brewing Co. and Lake Havasu Brewing, so I can't complain with that.
