This store is great. Whether I’ve been upgrading my phone or going in for troubleshooting, I’m always in and out quickly. Fausto just helped me out and had me on my way in 10 minutes! He was excellent.

Wow! AT&T corporate headquarters/ HR this store DESERVES some RECOGNITION. I’d gone to a different location yesterday, sadly it left a “bad taste”. While the experience wasn’t great it wasn’t bad enough to stop me from trying a different store. So I stopped here randomly and so glad I did. Everyone from the store manager down was so friendly and helpful. They didn’t treat me like I was just another random customer but rather like they cared about me as an individual and recognized the value of my business. Such a stark contrast from the first experience. Thank you so much ladies, show the other Phoenix stores how it’s done!

Chantal is the greatest! She helps me every time I come in with ease. She could have a store full of customers and still give me the attention I need. Today it was an empty store and she was alone and helped me get a new tablet! She is such a hard worker!

I came into the store to check on a transfer of bill and had the pleasure of working with Chantal. Absolutely amazing experience. She is by far one of the best people I've worked with not only at an AT&T store but from a customer service perspective. Fun, attentive, hard working, engaging - she was the absolute best. I will not go to another AT&T store after my experience at the Kachina location and with Chantal. Give the girl a raise!

Wow! Talk about customer service! Mark and Chantal went and up and beyond to make sure I wasn’t overpaying on my bill when I actually only came into the store to upgrade my iPhone! I’m completely satisfied with my purchase! The store is clean, perfectly lit and mellow tunes playing :)
