UPS Shipping And Drop Off Location

First time using this UPS drop off location. Associate was friendly and had me going on my way in under 5 minutes. He was upfront about not being able to print receipt but that it would be emailed within 10 minutes. I got my confirmation almost immediately. I recommend this location if it’s a quick drop off. FYI, if you are looking to use supplies to ship know that there will be extra charges. “No free tape” and now you know.

The place had a welcoming atmosphere, the fee was reasonable. The employee assisting my family in a Notary matter, that required several signatures, was absolutely amazing and very accommodating to our needs.
Would strongly recommend this place of business.

Friendly and helpful and fast service. I walked I in and within 3 minutes i was walking out knowing the lady that helped me knew her job! And it felt good not to have waited 30 minutes on a mgr to have to fix something.!

Always friendly. They make it easy to drop off your packages. In and out in 2-5 minutes max. Also, they are a GREAT mechanic garage. Try them out.

One of my favorite shops in town its more than a UPS store its also an automotive shop & by far my favorite i absolutely love Alicia at the counter she'll definitely bring a smile to your heart if dont already have one

Even though I shipped two boxes in a row that arrived damaged and UPS denied both claims, at least the folks at Motley Automotive did try their best to get UPS to pay for damages that I'm sure happened at the Ft. Worth UPS hub. It's because of UPS Corp., not Motley Automotive, that I will no longer be using UPS for my shipping needs.
