James and Braden are very knowledgeable associates. These two guys aren’t just there to type the parts you need on the keyboard, their eagerness is evident in helping you solve your automotive problem and will go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied as a customer.

They were able to read the engine code, but not able to reset it to clear the old codes.

Love it , they are helpful and usually have what I need, but didn't because it means some is wrong with my car

I only go to O Reilly's for my auto parts and boat parts anymore. They always find what I need no matter the year or model. I being in parts from 40 year old boats and they manage to figure it out for me. They may not have the item on stock but can generally get it delivered to that store in a few hours. The staff has folks that are knowledgeable in different areas. They are great.

There's one older gentleman who waits on me . Seems like he's owned an old diesel before anyway he always sends me back with the right parts

Billy was very helpful! There was another guy helping me bc I came back in for something else, but I forgot his name!

Extremely knowledgeable front counter staff. He was able to help me with my immediate problem and also offer me knowledge for future issues. Keep up the good work gentleman!

I only had to pick up one thing and actually had another customer help me out with something I needed. So that's actually a good thing about some customers going in there.

Of course I did hear some of the employees ask others if they need help with this or that so that was a good thing.

Traffic number one sucks around there so be prepared for that.

They do have delivery It cost more than AutoZone so that's things people should know.

You're buying anything that has to do something like alternator electrical maybe even fuses things like that I'll trust O Riley first before you trust AutoZone. Unless they have changed

Had exactly what I was needing. Auto zone did not. Iam finding that I go to O'Riley's more often to get what I need. Prices are fair. Staff willing to help you find what you need.

The employees are always prompt,knowledgeable, and far outperform Autozone

I was surprised when the guy at the counter asked me if I was a veteran to get a discount. Then verified me with my last 3 numbers. That was great. Then he went above and beyond to help me with my purchase and to get it open in the store so I could put it on in the parking lot.

Day before Christmas so it was busy. However, Don, manager read the check engine code within 4 minutes after waiting in line and bought what I thought was the problem (O2 sensor) and out the door in 9 minutes. Don also suggested catalytic clean if the sensor didn't fix the code. Great service.

Updated, I found out that you cannot use aftermarket sensors on Dodge vehicles. Service is still great.

Sara and the rest of the crew are Fantastic ! They figured out what parts I needed and saved me $$ too. They machined my rotors and got them back ASAP and my brakes are the best they have ever been. I have tried all the other Auto Parts stores and I will never go to anywhere else.

Staff is friendly and they know their stuff. They showed great teamwork skills and are quick to help a customer. If you need a part and it's out of stick they'll order it right then and it's usually there the next day. A+
