Arby's

I'm going to give all five stars because it's a small Arby's with limited employees in a small city.
They will run out of something and I don't understand this because you would think that they would have a plan like you know what we sell more than what we thought we would now is that logistics on getting the food things like that I don't know.

If you don't go through the drive-thru and you do take out make sure you check your bag before you leave so you don't get mad or just check your bag at the drive-thru also just take a what 30 seconds.

Because it gets away come up on the screen they get a lot of drive-thru they don't realize it someone might misinterpret the screen for a takeout and you might get a mixed bag or the wrong order.

And this is because they're getting new people it seems like all the time.

So be patient there. Number one though any other food I've gotten it's been good.

Amazing! Even though they were out of curly fries, this place is always good!

Online order was correct, hot, and ready.

Lately I have used their drive though..just for convenience sake. Never any issue. Food is hot and not overcooked. While their wrappers for the beef and cheddar type sandwiches tend to leave the bun a little soggy, but that is a chain wide problem. Now if they could drop the high fructose corn syrup from the sauces....

I love arbys and they always have a great product. Today i went and was missing some of my food driving 20 mins back after speaking to a manager they went above to make it right for me! He was super kind , i was flustered 😫 for having to take extra time to drive back but they made it worth it! Thank you again!

Food has always been fresh and never a long wait in drive-thru.

Great food, my! I forget Arby's in the old Wendy's building in Azle! They really need a bigger sign it's difficult to see form 199. Food today was absolutely delicious and fast and they keep the place clean. The staff is very pleasant, and soon as you come in they welcome you. You better know I rang the bell. Great job folks! I'll be back!

My experience with my waiter was excellent when I go again I will ask for him if you get lucky to have him as a server tip him well 🙂🙃😃😉

Food. Brisket was horrible dried out. Nasty I spent 50 bucks fir crinkle frys. For 3 people never again in azle don't waste ur money nor ur time.

We eat here every weekend and Something has changed here. employees are better food is better and there is a sign saying under new management... well You can tell... keep up the good work.... see you Saturday

Manager rang us up and waited on us. She gave my 3 small children cookies fresh out of the oven. Food is always great!

Always good food & great service at thos Arby's.

Very professional and very good food. Wonderful and very friendly staff and decent price. Very patient and will even help you if you're indecisive by giving you their opinion. Will definitely be returning, and definitely recommend this particular Arby's. Alex was very helpful and patient and very professional.

The food was good, their peach tea amazing. Staff was polite and the manger (Johnathan) was great with my grandson. The dinning area was clean,and well stocked.

I pulled up to the menu not knowing they took the Jr. sandwiches off. I was then a little upset so I asked the lady is there any sandwiches most common the the junior ham and cheddar. She then said the sliders and I wasn't to happy with my service. When I got to the window to pay the girl was very snooty and you could tell she wasn't happy. After paying a lady Names Eva came to he window and told me hey if you want to you could probably order the beef and cheddar and ask them to substitute the beef for ham and you will get what you wanted. I told her thank you so much! I was very highly satisfied with my constomer service by the time I left. You know on Arby's window in azle it says we make it how you want it. We need more people like Eva in this community willing to help and do her job correct instead of these teenagers that are disrespectful and have no respect for others.

Drive Thru and took it home but it was all good the girl's were great and my boyfriend scared the one at the 1st window!! He started counting when I said take my money not his card because it was his birthday!!!!

I have not had arbys in several years, it was a delicious nostalgic treat! I can't get enough of their horseradish sauce!

Fast service, polite woman at the window. my weird requests were met without a single bat of an eye. They just said, OK, Will that be all for today? recomended.

Service was fast, order was correctly made and it was good, stopped in to pick up dinner for my mom and she said it was good to!
