Levi’s Outlet Store

They had some good deals when I went. I wore the jeans around and I was impressed with the fact that they don't fall down throughout the day.

Edit!!!! After washing, the jeans shrunk in length only. The jeans were much too short. Luckily they accepted my return. I will probably repurchase them in the longer length.

These guys were so awesome. They didn't have my size in the store. A quick call to the Tucson store confirmed that they had 2 pairs. They shipped them to me at NO charge AND they showed up the very next day. Customer for life here.

The staff was great, and helped me find exactly what I needed. Very crowded store but the lines moved fast with a good amount of registers open.

I was looking at 541's and there were 2 associates folding pants. I asked if 44 was the largest size they had and one associate replied with yes right away, no hesitation. The other associate (who later I found out her name was Ashley) told me to give her a second and she would check. She checked and 44 was indeed the largest size they had in stock. She then offered to order the size I wanted and get them shipped to me at no extra cost. I tried the size they had in stock and they actually fit so I bought 4 pair. Ashley was excellent from beginning to end. She even rang me up and singed me up for the red tag to get 15% off. I hope her manager's know Ashley is a valuable employee.

When I was there during the Thanksgiving weekend, The sales associate Morgan was great and super friendly, Morgan knew the products very well and recognized the needs I was looking for, based on those needs, Morgan was able to find the item I was looking for, during that time we were talking like we knew each other which was very nice. Most sales associates don't care anymore in whatever industry they are in. However that visit was was great experience and do hope that Morgan gets credit for her efforts in this particular store, I tried to do the survey so that Morgan can get credit for my visit, but somehow when you go to the survey site, Levi's has it to where it asks to join here go there join this again which had nothing to do with the purchase I made.

If you are the owner of this establishment, you need to fix this fast and make it simple like the other department stores where you can just go in with a code and fill out the experience you had. That way really had useful data coming in and having consumers getting frustrated due to signing up for stuff that is irrelevant to the visit.

Anyhow, just want to let everyone know to ask for Morgan and keep up that amazing skill that is being lost in the retail customer service industry.

Sales associate was very helpful. One pair that I purchased a few days prior had some discoloration and the manager agreed to replace it for me. Very satisfied.

The outlet store is the only way to buy Levi's because they sometimes offer 50% off a second pair. The store is also well stocked with sizes but they don't carry all styles. Major downside is that it's the land of skinny jeans and regular straight is hard to find.

They were so helpful in finding the style we wanted and their return/exchange program was very easy.

Exchanged an Online purchase here and found the right size and fit. Kind and helpful staff was patient with the complicated transaction. The store is stuffed to the brim with so many choices for men and women.

Well the way it worked out is I had to get online and special order the size that I need because they didn't have 29/34s for some reason you can't be skinny with long legs

I honestly love all my levi gear, they are the best jeans out of all the jeans that I have tried. This outlet store was great and they have got some amazing prices on they're products, my whole family wear the Levi brand as well. They for and look great on the human form.

They have every type of Levi you could possibly want and several sizes, the staff was excellent and very helpful helping me to find a pair of jeans that were actually long enough for me. They always have a sale on they're jeans!!!
