Totally overpriced tastless offerings, but only place open early so captive audience. Not the best way to leave a country.

Just Avoid; starving is better than dealing with their poor customer service and snarky attitudes. Also remember to bring your own headphones or keep them charged. Mine were dead so I hopped in to grab earphones.

Sure they are Sony, but they are thin, low durability, and painfully priced. The Sound is somewhat quality but not $40 worth,

They don't care. They won't read this. They know they have a monopoly on airport convenience items.

I was at self checkout, using my DUFRY RED card to receive my member pricing, at which point their r employee very rudely SHOVED me aside and told me I could not use it.

Confused, I showed her my DUFRY RED Card explained that entitled me to savings at which point she said again said, and then started the transaction over again; forcing me to pay with my card at the regular price.

This is in spite of the fact that your point of sale system clearly had a pop-up asking me to scan my DUFRY RED card (which I did) and the discount was then displayed on screen which she promptly exited.

In 10+ of business travel, this may very well be the worst customer experience I have ever had. I am both disappointed and shocked this is the standard of service both Hudson and DUFRY deem acceptable to customers. The rudest and most incompetent employee of any retail setting I have experienced.

Prices posted on items are lower than prices charged when purchasing. This is illegal. Excuse in the shop is "the manager is the only one that can change the price". Total rip off.

It's ridiculous to have posted hours saying open until 730pm and then they close the store on you at 11am without warning. There was no announcement and I was engrossed in looking for a magazine, and then when she asked if I needed help they made me feel like I should feel guilty for holding them up?

The lights are all on, but they just closed up shop with no signage or warning.

Rude, rude, rude, RUDE!
Apparently, Hudson News doesn't give a flying sh*t about customer service. Our "customer service" agent actually closed the store on us at 7:15am (two hours after opening) even though the sign clearly states that they are open. When we pointed this out, she said loudly and with attitude, "I SAID I'M CLOSED!" and walked off. I think I'm going to write letters to the procurement staff here and other airports and ask them all to reconsider when it comes time to bid this overpriced garbage out again.

The employee was very rude. She treated me very differently from other customers because of my look. She was very unprofessional. Hudson should treat their employees about how to interact with the customers.

Food was expired and the rude lady did not let us get a refund or other food! Waste of $32!!

Marie is a very unpleasant and rude lady. The management need to retrain her on customer service and diversity training.

She was not open at 5:00am. She opened at 5:14, please review the video.

Buenas noches. Estoy enojada y sentida como una persona antipática y grosera que tiene trabajando en una de las tiendas Hudson entre los gate 24 y 25 del terminal B del Boston International Airport, Eran aproximadamente las 9:15pm, mi hija se detiene en el negocio a preguntar si más adelante había algo de comida y la señora les respondió, de manera brusca y desagradable, “que se yo, yo trabajo aquí no allá”, no se que le costaba responder de manera más amable que no salía. De verdad que quiera reportar en otro lugar a ver si pierde el trabajo y aprende a darle una mejor atención a los seres humanos. La persona no es americana y tampoco latina
