AT&T Store

I had a great help the other day from Alina when I was trying to get information on getting a new phone n what the plan included I’ve had trouble in the past with different company’s but the way she knew everything had my hopes high still figuring out if I want to just get the phone plan or maybe even include internet I’m glad she gave me everything I needed to know !

Carlos was the sweetest guy who went to another store to get the phone we ended up purchasing. He answered all of our questions and was light hearted and helpful throughout the whole process. If he's working, customers are guaranteed to leave satisfied.

Walk in today to get a line with them . Preston was awesome walk me through everything . Got a new phone made it really easy ! The entire store was just awesome ! Preston and efran are some of the best people I’ve met in any store !

Mike and Joey were great to work with! They both went above and beyond my expectations during the process of upgrading our phones. They were patient with all my questions and helped us save on our monthly bill. I highly recommend them and this location!

I was having issues setting up an account with AT&T and first net for over a month. Came into the store and Ashley did an amazing job getting everything worked out for me. Her and her coworkers did an amazing job helping with my 4 kids and keeping them entertained so that we could get everything situated. 150% recommend this store for any of your phone needs. The employees are friendly, polite and patient in any situation :)

I was helped as soon as I walked in the door. I had several issues with my phone and the rep Jenny, was able to resolve all of my issues. She was very polite and it was a good experience.

Gretel Ramirez is the most professional, knowledgeable manager I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I am a senior citizen and not technical; however, Gretel was incredibly patient and guided me through all the steps related to purchasing my new iPhone and iPad. You are extremely fortunate to have such a dedicated employee. I intend to recommend Gretel to all my friends and family who wish to purchase new equipment.

Ashley and Mike were very helpful in picking out a good screen protector for my phone. As well as the warrenties provided from each brand. Ashley was the one who replaced my phone screen protector and it never looked better. I've got my new phone from this store earlier 8 months ago and it never ceases to exceed my expectations.

Ashley was amazing! She helped transfer all my data she went above and beyond for me she also contacted customer care to get my shipping label.

I am so glad I ended up at this AT&T center, my situation was unable to be handled online/over the phone and I was basically told there was nothing they could do; So I came here, Gretel and Wyatt spent time with great patience helping to resolve my issues. I believe these two to be outstanding representatives of AT&T I don’t believe my problem to have been fixed without them on today. Thank you so much👏🏻

I spent a considerable amount of time multiple stores working with many different reps to resolve my issue and I am so happy I came here! Wyatt and Jovani helped me out efficiently and they were able to resolve my issue completely! Best AT&T store in the valley!

The gentleman I talked to today was very helpful. Before going in, I called and talked to Gredda, I believe her name was. When I arrived she was sitting and talking to someone else. I can't say it wasn't a customer but they were talking about being pregnant and plans coming up. The guy I worked with helped 3 other people why she sat there and talked. The 5 stars are for his service.

This location is awesome! I had some issues with my phone and tech support sent me in to the store to see of they could help. Joey was awesome. He knew exactly what needed to be done to fix the issue. I was in and out in 10 min with my phone working like it should.

I had been having problems with my current carrier and was completely frustrated. No signal, dropped calls, messages not being sent, etc. I called this store and talked to Ken who said he could help me out. He was able to sit down with my husband and I and explain my options. I was able to switch carriers same day no problem within minutes. Ken truly is a lifesaver because we rely on the phone for business. Thank you Ken for being such an amazing and awesome person!!! We will definitely be back!
