CVS Pharmacy

When you need to have a prescription filled, CVS at Dobson and Warner is the pharmacy to use. They are fast, professional, and always helpful.

My CVS pharmacy on Dobson and Warner is reliably quick, the staff is polite, and they always have my medications in stock. They have a consistent fill policy which I'm happy to adhere to, there are no surprises and when I do need help they actually pick up the phone and assist me. Thank you to all the techs and pharmacists for the part you play in my health. Your service and reliability are why I keep coming back.

Staff is very patient and communicate well. Every time I’ve visited, they were quick, responsive, and answered any questions I had. Very friendly!

I've been going to this store for about 20 years. The staff in the pharmacy are caring people and with a few exceptions they are all trained well. The manager of the store is a nice person and is helpful..
Because this store is 24hr, it is busy! There are times when a customer needs to be patient. That makes sense to me because they are so busy!

If I could give them zero starts I absolutely would. Extremely rude staff to everyone that was in line before me and to myself. The customer that was at the counter before me was handed a medication by the staff. The customer was confused as to what was in it and the employee snatched the medication out of her hand and talked down to the customer, which is quite embarrassing to happen in front of other people. If you don’t like your job, get a new one. There was a mixup with my medication and the other person was not helpful at all and told me just to call the Urgent Care, which I did. I had them call it in to the Walgreens across the street. Much better experience there. Staff was much more patient and helpful.

CVS is really out of control with their prices. Prescriptions and everything is ridiculous!!!’ Especially when you can go 2-3 more blocks to Walgreens and Walmart and pay SIGNIFICANTLY LESS !!! Shameful

This pharmacy is awful. The pharmacist that works in the evening is trash. I dropped off a prescription at 10pm and the pharmacist that was working was not dressed well and looked dirty. He said he wouldn’t be able to fill the prescription until early the next morning. I then took my sick infant home thinking I would have his meds soon. I came back the following morning at 7am and the prescriptions were not even in process. The pharmacist on shift then told me it would be a few hours. Meanwhile my infant is still sick and uncomfortable. I get a text saying both prescriptions were filled at 3pm. I was finally able to get a ride back to the pharmacy at 6:10pm only to find out that one of the prescriptions was sent to another CVS and that CVS closed at 6pm and they open at 9am the next morning. Guess what?!?! My infant is still sick and needs those meds and now they will have to wait another day to get his meds he needs. I will not be coming back here and will be putting in a formal complaint.

Hey CVS, it’s pretty sad that a family of 6 would have to make the choice to continue going to their old CVS over an hour away because the one 5 minutes from them has terrible service. After specifically offering to call us if our son’s prescription wasn’t available they didn’t and sent the script to a closed location.
Absolutely trash customer service and we will continue to use the location at 32nd and Union Hills

Y’all told me to come in before 4pm so u can get my seizure medication before y’all close and guess what, you were closed at three so thanks for letting us know! You’re all trash employees

Extraordinarily poor pharma employees.
Solutions first; then an example of what happened at the end.
If grocery baggers at Walmart... you know, the person who can "only" do that job, switched jobs with the CVS pharmacy techs, the place would run better, faster and have customers who are happier. CVS would at least meet, but probably exceed, a minimum standard of quality for the first time in 5 years.
Unfortunately, the techs who became baggers wouldn't make it a week but hey, win, win.

Ok here is the only part of the hour long, terrible experience that I can share:
I spoke with a pharmacy tech yesterday and I had to convince them that they really were at Dobson and Warner. They kept telling me that I was wrong and I must be thinking of Walgreens because their CVS was located at 2005 N Dobson Rd, not Dobson and Warner. I sincerely hope that tech has their address on a necklace so they don't get lost. They should look into velcro shoes to save themselves 45 minutes each morning, as well.

Attention district manager. There are regional differences in the handling of hormone replacement therapy for transgender patients, compared to states that have more protection for gender affirmative care. Overall poor handling of medication and poor communication from pharm team for my prescription. I was denied medication prescribed from my doctor, and spoken to like an animal, rather than a human being.

All around not a great experience. First, when promised the prescription to be filled by 5:45 PM and I come at 7 and y'all laugh like oh we haven't started that, it should be another 30 minutes to an hour. Called back and it was stating another 24 fking hours till it's ready. Days past still no meds, I end up in the hospital. Bring by 3 more scripts and the original one still isn't ready. When asked, it's in the shipment they just received, if they had said that, i would've understood, but no communication for 3 days about what's going on. After sitting on hold for half an hour for someone to even pick up ONCE I decide to just swing back 4 hours after ER scripts are dropped and they can't find my prescriptions. After arguing for 20 minutes about my scripts, low and behold, someone wasn't paying attention to the birthday clearly printed on ALL 3 SCRIPTS... And they put it under the wrong person. I know it's not 24 hours, but I would suggest going to McQueen and Warner to get your prescription accurately and timely refilled. What a joke. I do however want to thank Pharmacy Technician Zach from there for being able to locate and work on my order.

7 people working behind the pharmacy counter completely ignoring the customers for 15 minutes. 3 hours after my prescription was sent in it still wasn't ready. I was told "we're busy you will have to just wait another 30 minutes to an hour" customer service is NOT in the CVS vocabulary.

This pharmacy is TERRIBLE! I’ve waited for the phone to just be answered 30 min to an HOUR at times. They say they’re working on your refills when they’re not. In actuality they’re 3-4 days behind. Even when you tell them you need your prescriptions and you’ll be there to pick them up in an hour, they still won’t process them. I was actually hung up on by them because I was stating my dissatisfaction that they weren’t ready yet, when it had been 8 hours now. She stated to me before hanging up that they needed more staff and if I knew anyone to have them apply! If they don’t have the staff, don’t act like all is well and lie to customers needing their medication. TERRIBLE!!!
