TINA makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in and is very knowledgeable on all products where you can ask questions and she has correct answers. Excellent customer service always by TINA. You will definitely find everything here to suit your needs.

Large store with a great variety. Decent prices, especially on lingerie. Open 24 hours which is awesome!! Parking is in the back and a little sketchy at night. As far as staff goes the man was very friendly and helpful but the woman however was not helpful at all, just on her phone.

The last review for this place nailed it ,the young lady was everything u would want in a sales rep. I think she's a mind reader and knows exactly how to approach u to make u feel comfortable,great selection prices are great ,only thing u can ask for is to go back to their 24hr. Schedule

I had a great time. The store has some pretty interesting toys in there. I went look for trinkets for my B.D.S.M. collection and was pleasantly surprised. But what really made my trip was what found in the back.. exactly what a girl like me needs! I am definitely going back.. a lot!!

I am so impressed I had to write a review. Something I only do if I'm irate or stunned by something.
I am not a prude, but I have never been in a store of this nature except for a couple of one Saturday night while in the Marine Corps 45 years ago. This week I needed a small item that I was pretty sure they carried.
To say that I was nervous about this ordeal would be an understatement. I actually drove around the block 4 times working up the courage to park and walk in. When I finally did, I opened the door as quietly as possible. Sure enough the door has bells attached to it and my presence was more of a grand entrance.
Having only weird stories to relate to I was expecting something "seedy" filthy, scary, etc.. nothing would have surprised me. Instead I found a clean organized store.
I'm sure I looked nervous and lost, which I was. To my amazement I was greeted by a Lady. Yes a lady. At this point I wanted to crawl into the nearest hole. My feelings began to change almost instantly. she was a "cute as a bug", articulate, knowlegable and sincere saleslady. She asked my if she could help. She appeared Hispanic for whatever that may be worth. Next obsticle for me was the name of the item I was looking for. I would be slightly embarrassed saying it out loud to another man let alone a woman. While I was verbally stumbling around she helped me out by saying, quite clearly what I couldn't. She made it sound like I was looking for "whitewalls" or anything other than something highly personal. She clearly new what i wanted and my intended use and proceeded to give me 3 choices. (perfect salesmanship). Thinking she might be on commission I bought the most expensive one and also bought a couple of other items I didn't really need and may never use. All bought while under the influence of something very unfamiliar. I'm sure she runs into that situation on a regular basis, but even with years of experience and training on customer service, there is no way anyone could have handled it better.
Within a minute of my "grand entrance" a looking like a lost puppy, I was given a dose of professionalism, that I will not soon forget. It almost makes me want to become a regular customer. As unlikely as that is nothing will surprise me anymore.

Friendly and helpful service. Romantic has a good verity of items from him and her toy lingerie, novelty items and movies, even had an adult movie theaters inside

So helpful with everything. Knowledgeable staff. Very welcoming made me say I wish I had friends like this. Open and positive place for everyone.

Really great place super helpful employees.THE ONLY BAD PART OF THIS PLACE IS THE PARKING LOT.MAKE SURE U LOCK YOUR DOORS AND ROLL UP WINDOWS AND DEFFINETLY DONT LEAVE ANYTHING OF VALUE WHERE SOMEONE CAN SEE IT BECAUSE TWEAKERS ROME THIS PARKING LOT LOOKING TO STEAL ANYTHING THEY CAN .I KNOW FROM EXPERIENCE
