My husband frequents this store, he works at one of the companies close by. He wanted to take me there because well hardware stores just have cool stuff! Our little one was with us as well. I think she had the most fun! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and the quickly helped. I didn't catch his name but we also had a lengthy conversation about family and kids. He was very polite and knowledgeable! Helped my husband very quickly! Another gentleman joined in our conversation and was very pleasant and helpful too! My little one really enjoyed talking to you both! Over all this place is amazing! Keep at it! Hope to see you all soon!!

I'm very glad I found this place. The service was fantastic and they stock a lot of things that aren't stocked anywhere else. I was looking for turning bits for a lathe and they had everything I needed. Danny was super knowledgeable and willing to help me get the right stuff. I highly recommend them!

I had a bolt that was stripped fresh out of the box for a mini bike. I thought I was going to have to send it back but these guys had everything I needed saving me time money and gas. The staff were very helpful and friendly some of the best customer service I've had.

I just became a plumber's apprentice and wanted to get the basic hand tools I needed for my job. I never heard of this place until the other day. I like how they have price tiers. Maybe some people like fancy stuff. The service guy was more than helpful and get me everything I needed at a fair price. I use most of what I bought daily and has been holding up pretty well.

Editing my review... the entire attitude has changed since I posted this review. Everyone is very helpful and pleasant. It has actually become one of my favorite stops now.

Honestly, I really hate having to go here. Almost every time I have to ask for help, they make me feel incredibly stupid. I could certainly do without the comments some of the guys have made to me.

This small building is amazingly deceiving. Inside rests one of the most dependable well rounded hardware stores I've ever encountered. Ace hardware can take care of the average home owner working on a small project, but McFadden is for the heavy hitting blue collar elite. Their inventory has rarely let me down and the staff know the store complete and are always available. On average I probably visit them 1-2 a day. The resources they provide have made myself into a much more effective service tech.

Picture a combination of old-school traits like "we got it all" inventory, "we can help you with any project" staff, mixed with "we've got the latest and greatest in tools and tech"... I felt like I was walking through a the coolest tool catalog ever, accompanied by knowledgeable helpers on every aisle! Definitely worth a visit!

This hardware store is very convenient and has everything you could ask for. They have the high quality tools for a decent price. You can get hard to find items for any project. If you can’t find it here, they probably don’t make it. I initially found this store by one of there staff coming into my business and handing me a small flyer. Thank you for that because you’ve saved me so much time and money, being in walking distance. The staff here are all very knowledgeable on just about anything. Thanks, go check it out!

I'm hard to impress, but it's hard for me to say enough good things about this place. I highly recommend visiting. I'm eager to find an excuse to come here again.

From tools, industrial chemicals, hardware, plumbing, electrical, spray paint, welding, and other supplies McFadden-Dale has it all.
This place is like Disneyland for tradesmen.
I'm a senior manufacturing engineer in aerospace and the only other place I have seen some of these things was in my previous manufacturing company's tool crib. Think Ace Hardware but replace all of the pre-packaged commercial stuff with parts and industrial tools and supplies.
Their website doesn't list what they have though so you need to just call them and ask them.

I had gone through calling all sorts of local fastener suppliers (including fastenal and grainger) looking for a specific high grade metric bolt and this is the place that had it. They have 3 - 25' aisles with hardware bins from ceiling to floor on two sides.

The prices were fair (slightly less or equal to big box stores).
Unlike big box stores though the staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and available.

They found what I was looking for on the phone and had it sitting at will call. When I arrived I had time to kill and was able to spend 3 hours with my jaw hanging open looking at things on each aisle. I found an arm-full of other things I needed but didn't expect to find.

This place has it all.

Great customer service and a huge selection of quality, hard to find, goods.

We looked high and low for a certain end mill, to no avail. They had it. Not only did they have it but the price was fair.

LOVE IT! "Disneyland for builders" is just about right, but also for homemakers. I can spend a lot of time browsing, but it's also tempting to BUY, cuz there is soooo much cool 'stuff'! The staff is so friendly and helpful! Great place. Just great. =)

An organized store, staffed with experts, that has every screw, bolt, connector that you need. An incredible resource. Would drive an hour to get here vs. wandering around a big box store. Have been coming here for years.

This place is great, they gave the biggest selection of retail hardware and tools I've found in the valley and they're incredibly helpful all the times I've been there. Highly recommended.

Disneyland for builders. I don't know what I'd do without this place. The guys are great too. They'll help you find anything and are very knowledgeable. I've spent hundreds of hours in there, and I still find new things all the time. If you're a builder, fabricator, handyman, etc., you NEED to spend an hour just walking up and down the aisles.

You'll Love This Place. Period. Whether you need items for Commercial or Residential, you'll only wish you found this place sooner.

This place is amazing! Nicest people ever and everyone was very helpful with finding the bolt I needed for my Motorcycle.

They had every bolt I needed while every other hardware store didn't carry them. Lots of hard to find sizes and threads. I'll definitely be back!

Very helpful and knowledge staff and they had just what I was looking for when I couldn't find it anywhere else in town.

Always helpful! I am in there often and if I don't know about what I'm looking for the employees are great at pointing me in the right direction.
