Gathered here to celebrate a good friend- had the bar seating area all to ourselves which has plenty of space and great friendly service from Eric and Lilly. Good community feel. Didn’t feel rushed at all - just a unique place of community with freedom to enjoy your moment. The plus is - if you need snacks, sushi, chips and dip - your in the right spot to make the purchase and eat in the bar area. All you need all in one spot. Super clean and amazing location.

Nice to have this in downtown. It’s pretty much a one stop shop for anything you could need groceries pharmacy even food to go.

My sister and I visited this location this morning and it was a great experience because of their employees. This fry's location has the best customer service from their employees. We didn't get the names of the two gentlemen working in the meat department who were, friendly and very helpful in directing and taking us to the needed items, but they were great. Our cashier Mersadies opened up the register when she saw us waiting in line, and asked to validate our parking ticket. Not only was she professional, she was very personable and friendly. Not many stores carry this type of service anymore so this is why they will receive 5 stars. Thank you and keep up the great customer service!

Love it. My wife has been following the operation since it was announced that it would open a Frys downtown. Its located 1st and Jefferson and you exit thru 1st and Washington. We decided to go today and it was an amazing experience. From the location to the parking lot all the way to the inside of the store. All the staff is extremely friendly and the store is massive. The aisles are clean and the shelves are well organized. We will definitely continue to buy our groceries here.

Finally! It's about time a grocery store comes to downtown. It's a little smaller than a full size Fry's but seems to have all the essential and more. Parking is very well organized. It does take a little bit to get used to finding the entrances but once you know where they are it's a breeze.
one thing pretty need is a does have a small restaurant and bar. All it needs now is a daycare. Ha

My first time at the downtown location and I was pleasantly surprised. Everything you want in a grocery store packed into about two-thirds the size of the regular Fry's out in town.
The workers were busy yet very helpful.
One thing I loved most was how well stocked and orderly all the shelves were. Beautiful store.

I love Frys sites and this one is just extra special. Not any bigger but a cool interior and downtown location. Park in the garage and take the glass elevator down to enjoy the view of the Footprint center where the Suns play. Inside is sushi, salad bar, wing bar, beer and wine counter, a deli, murray's cheese counter, tables to sit and eat atand so much more.

One of the nicest Fry’s I’ve been to. Strangely enough it’s the one one with a full time police officer. Great parking. Great location next to the Suns and Diamondback stadiums.

Dear fry’s. You have a few incredible staff here at the downtown location. From Ken in front house management. Travis in Pharmacy always puts a smile on my face. To Larry who did the liquor order( recently longer works here ) great dude and I wish him the best.

But Lilly that is behind the here. Is undoubtably the most polite and caring person, to everyone who she speaks with. I’ve been coming to this location since it opened. And I will say, sitting here and listening to Lilly listen to other employees complain about there job and or the homeless problem is sad. But no matter what she always has the best outlook and most positive attitude of anyone here and she genuinely brings joy to all. Thank you Lilly

I like this Frys because they almost always have everything stocked. Please be aware that you have to park in a parking garage but they will validate your ticket for you, if you spend more than 2 hours shopping , you will have to pay for your parking .

What's not to like about Fry's? So glad they moved into the neighborhood. Don't get me wrong, CVS was good and all, but we needed someplace in downtown.

This is a pretty nice Fry's for being in the main part of downtown. It's like a combination of grocery store and restaurant options. There is a Starbucks, sushi spot, a chompies and even a wine bar. The frys itself is small but well designed and has pretty much everything you would expect from a larger store. It's a great spot if you are attending events or conferences and are looking for a quick place to get some food at an affordable price you can't really beat this spot.

I want to recognize Lilly, the bartender at the bar in Fry's Downtown. She is very friendly, professional, and very customer service focus.
She has a great attitude and she enjoys her work and interacting with all the customers. This is a pleasure to stop by for a visit.

Super clean, competitive prices, better sushi than other Fry's locations, smiling staff, Starbucks inside, phone battery charging power outlets at some tables against the wall, clean bathrooms, a bar inside as well as select New York Deli items (shop carefully for pickel items, not all New York pickles taste as you would expect - try to avoid vinegar as an ingredient).

The store is clean and modern, most of the employees , especially Peter & Maria, are friendly and helpful, the problems exist because of the city, which completely ignores the ghettos & huge homeless camps in the area...which is very difficult for both the neighbors and shoppers( not to mention the poor homeless, who are only want some spare change or something to eat) I hope this tragic situation will improve in 2024!

The downtown Frys is amazing. They always have answers to any questions and all the employees are polite and helpful

Anyone doing a PICKUP order, the numbered parking spots are on 1st St, outside the West side of the building. I didn't know and I parked in the garage so it was a big fiasco.

This Fry's is downtown Phx. And they have a coffee shop, deli, bakery and carryout or eat there food counter that has a wide variety of cooked foods that are hot and fresh served. This place also has all of the usual assortment of goods you can get at a super Fry's!

I usually avoid downtown grocery stores like the plague. I was a bit desperate though and needed a few things and this was the closest store. I generally like Kroger stores and this Frys did not disappoint me. I was very pleased with the size, organization, layout, cleanliness, and stock available at this store. I had a few questions while I was there and received help from two different employees that were kind, timely, and accurate in their assistance. My compliment to the management of a very well-run store. I'll keep this one in mind for future visits for sure.
