Fantastic! I just transferred my prescriptions from another CVS in the area to this location on 59th and Union Hills. What a difference! The pharmacy staff is friendly, helpful, compassionate, quick, efficient, and well organized. Wish I had transferred to this location years ago. Thank you pharmacy staff (and j.) for making our lives easier!

They were all amazing last night when I had to make a 3 AM medicine/humidifier/Rx run for my daughter who was having a small emergency. Tamara educated me about the savings program and made my whole week with her warm personality and thorough knowledge of CVS’s services! The pharmacy technicians were also very warm and kind, especially for 3:30 AM! I usually go to Walgreens but I am definitely bringing my business here more! Thank you for making a late, stressful night easier and for doing what you do! I know it’s not an easy job they’re all doing!

We had a very sick baby.. We got RX filled and purchased some over the counter meds. Checked out at front with Donald, he noticed that the baby was not feeling well and asked if he could give him a little coloring book with stickers. This was beyond kind. We had been having quite a rough day, this small kind gesture really made a huge impact. Just want to recognize Donald for his kindness.

The pharmacy staff here are amazing! While traveling from out of town for my husband’s eye surgery, it was discovered that our local CVS mistakenly did not fill a crucial pre procedure medication. The woman at the counter quickly pulled the medication request and filled it in three minutes, RIGHT on the dot of their lunch closure from 1:30 to 2pm. I’ve never been so satisfied with the efficiency of a pharmacy at a time that I was in desperate need. But the service I received compelled me to actually write a review. I had to drive from Ahwatukee to this CVS store as this store was the only store that had my wife's prescription in stock, in the entire Phoenix Metro area. The staff at the pharmacy was very busy, however they were very responsive, polite and had my wife's prescription ready to pick up. I was in and out of the store in under 5 minutes. I wish my local store provided this kind of rapid service service. Well done.

Me and my sister went to get the medicine but it’s not available . One of the staff was on the place where my sister took ibuprofen instead of the one that is not available in the pharmacy counter . My sister asked that lady wearing a red scrub uniform if ibuprofen is safe for liver cirrhosis for her husband just check out from the hospital still complaining much pain . She’s very concerned she advised my sister not to give ibuprofen instead Acetaminophen also she advised to take her husband to other hospital. My sister followed her advice and she’s right my brother in law is now confine in the different hospital being tested for the pain he’s having right now . Hospital give him Acetaminophen not ibuprofen. I admire her for the advice and concern of my sisters problem. She did a good job 👏 👏👏 . Please tell her “ Thank you “ .

My husband and I went to pick up a prescription and we delt with lupe in the pharmacy she was awesome her attitude she smiled she was so helpful and just very kind you can tell she really likes her job and people I will continue to go to that location because of her and our experience!! She is a keeper!!

This store is so beautiful inside very organized and sections are clearly labeled. You may check your own items or see the C.S.R..
Either way it won't take to long. The fact they are ac 24 hour store
Is really nice for me because I keep strange hours. Next time I go I will take some photos.

This CVS has 2 motor scooters to use. Which is so helpful! Not busy at all either time I went. The pharmacy however, was very busy the 2nd time. It looked like there were only a couple of techs working so it took over 20 mins the second go-around.

The offer vaccines by appointment or by walk in. I fully recommend making an appointment just so if there's a wait, you don't get pushed to the end of the line and they have enough medicine.

Place is very clean and the staff are friendly.

I recently switched to this pharmacy and wished I would have switched things over sooner. The pharmacy staff is extremely helpful. I have had multiple times where they have had to call the doctor's office to sort something out and they are always happy to do so. I love that the pharmacy is opened 24/7 as well.

I walked into the store flustered because iv been running around all day!
John in concierge greeted me with a huge smile and welcome!! Definitely wasn't expecting that!
He walked me to where I needed to go and explained the care pass! Long story short John was AMAZING!!! He took the time and made me feel like I was important! We need more John's in this world!!

Service is always good. People are always nice. I never have problems they always text when my meds are ready. Or when I need to renew something. So I never have to go in except to pick up what I have ready the item's I get they cant mail or I would never have to go in. Plus i love the sales.hope this helps.

I go the this CVS in the very early morning. The staff is always so helpful.

Good location, open 24 hrs! I came in late - had an emergency and needed to pickup some antibiotics, the pharmacist was really nice and helpful, no issues with my GoodRX, and the wait time was minimal!

At the time of my visit the service and staff was friendly and courteous. Atmosphere was clean and organized. I went to buy cat litter, and had no trouble finding within second. On a added note as a person with disabilities PTSD and hypervigilance is a symptom often displayed and often I get mistreated because people assume, the staff here does great each and everytime I come in, and I appreciate their positive and courteous attitude. Keep up the good work.

A few weeks ago my son was vomiting non-stop and the pharmacy was able to get his medication filled in record time. As a mother of a sick kid this was greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Pulled into this store to grab some bread and there was a old woman with a child in a van with a flat tire. She had been in the parking lot for over an hour and no one had offered to help her. I asked if she needed help and she said yes please. I myself cannot change a tire so when I went into the store I asked for help for her. (She is from another country and drove up from Yuma. She didnt know you can ask for help) The manager on duty Chris, came out and changed that tire. He was so dirty, sweaty and hot. plus had to complete his shift still. He was very sweet and helpful and I am thankful that he was on duty and able to help that woman. I stuck around to make sure she got back on the road but that woman was crying she was so thankful her and her granddaughter could get back to Yuma....Thank You Chris, and Thank you CVS for having such great people working at your stores!!!!

The pharmacy deals with a lot and you can tell, but every time I go and they are swamped they still take the time to make sure I am taken care of. I appreciate their kindness and attention to detail.

Awesome store employees!!! Willing to help you get what you need and make sure you also get all the discounts and coupons applied to purchase as well. Love this place
