Kohl's

April and Heather were so helpful and appreciated their offer to go help me find a product. The store was bright, clean and welcoming .The displays were in order and colorful. It was a delight to find friendly and knowledgeable people that care. I didn’t find what I came in the store for but….found other good thing.

Super clean, plenty of staff around the aisles working and willing to help customers. They always help me find what I'm looking for. This time I went to drop off an Amazon return, but I didn't know where their kiosk was, yet, without even asking, a lady saw me looking around and directed me to where I needed to go.

I am happy to have a local store with loads of selection, is clean, well stocked and the staff is knowledgeable. Sometimes online shopping gets super boring and real retail therapy is in order... they also have an Amazon return desk inside and I got a 20% Off coupon! Not bad

If you stop at this Kohl’s to drop off your Amazon return as you were facing the store from the parking lot, enter the left set of main entrance doors and upon entering the store, go to the back left corner of the store and there is someone knowledgeable ready to take your return. 95% of the time there is someone at the Amazon return counter. Last night at 9:59 PM with the store closing at 10 PM. There was still someone at the Amazon return desk and they were cheerful and helpful as they always are here. Very convenient to drop Amazon returns. .

Clean, organized, friendly. I do, however, have a difficult time finding clothing that I like for myself. My husband is easier to shop for.

Black Friday sales all over. New self check out registers were fun. Still had an employee there to help you through the process. Very clean and in stock store. Found everything we were looking for. Very friendly customer service !

The staff are friendly and the store is clean. Unlike a lot of Kohl’s in the Phoenix Metropolitan area, this store is well stocked with clothes. Even with a lot of customers the staff are quick to check people out.

Easy parking. Nice clean store had everything we needed. Will use this store again. Shop online and pick up in store worked GREAT!

Clean store great early bird weekend sale prices plus they have something for the whole family from head to toe and household goods. Toys for the kids and the upgraded electronic area. Your one stop shop its fantastic to visit Kohl's very friendly staff willing to help and guide you to what your looking for. Newly remodeled adding a Sephora in-store for more options for your make-up. Upgraded store and reconfigured store ot flows alot smoother as you make your way around this awesome located store.

The after Christmas sales were awesome, and the store was stocked well, which was a nice surprise.

The cashier was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional. After we had left the register, the same cashier was close by (but not at her register anymore) where we sat as I was trying to figure out why I couldn't log into my Kohl's app. She explained what could happen. She was right. I ended up having to reset my password using her hint and it worked. She also showed me how I can tell my Kohl's card is linked to my app (sometimes it doesn't automatically do that, according to customer service counter). She resolved my issue and answered my questions. I was very grateful it worked.

I shop at the Avondale store. It's clean, has a great selection and the associates are always helpful. Not to mention the deals are insane and I save alot of money!

It's stocked very nicely! Staff were very friendly and help me get around the store to the area that I needed to get to. Which was men's apparel. And I have never been to this store.. But overall it was a great experience I was in and out in no time.
