I always find what I need at Food City. The prices are good. I love going grocery shopping here

Great place to shop your in and out quick Crystal the cashier is so kind and quick love this food city

This Food city is very comfortable and clean. Very professional helpful staff. You will also always find someone pedaling in the parking lot outside. It is well-managed and not out of control and you will find some very good products and food such as homemade tamales, hand-woven baskets and many other handmade treasures. I find this very unique and is very appreciated the Food City allows this and that they are able to keep it under control. This food city does have an on-site bakery and has daily fresh baked goods. Like all other food city's you will find a great array of authentic Mexican cuisine and cultural true foods. Prices are always reasonable.

We must thank Ed Basha himself for coming up with the idea of opening up a culturally unique specialty supermarket in place of closing down existing stores. If you ask me it was a brilliant business move and has really paid off thank you Ed Basha for the experience you've created rather than taking away.

With all the good, there comes a few drawbacks. One of which would be the parking situation which is always packed and very hard to get in and out of. The other is the location. It isn't a transient area and although they do their best to keep the traffic from this down you do however still get the stragglers panhandling and asking for and occasionally approaching your vehicle for no reason. For the most part they are harmless and the police to keep a good patrol.

I give it a 9 out of 10 .....

We must be honest. Not all food cities are created equal. I know everyone has been into a Food City that has weakened their stomach when they walked in or are they were approached in a rude Way by a staff member. Not the case here you will enjoy it...

The staff is very helpful and always hard at work keeping produce stocked fresh and some of the best.
The bakery is also a highlight of the trip to this great store. A great selection of Mexican condiments and products. Always a good experience at this Food Cidy.

I frequently visit this location and am impressed with the overall cleanliness of the store. As you would assume the Food City brand is significantly cheaper than other brands they carry so I suggest keeping that in mind while visiting. However, the produce comes at a great value for both quality and quantity. The staff are quick and efficient and generally very kind.

So clean and organized! I was really impressed when I walked in early morning. First thing I noticed was how neat and tidy the shelves were. Every label was facing forward and every row was perfectly straight. Thumbs up to whomever stocks the shelves at this location! Produce was the same way. Each bin was carefully stacked like a pyramid and the whole section was so colorful. I thought, "man, someone must of stayed up all night carefully organizing this place" lol. Good job! Wish I had taken a picture.

Great meat and vegetable selection for great prices.
Rude cashier, but all other employees helpful and very nice.

This location is in an older plaza but a nice store. I enjoy shopping here because it's not a huge store, it's smaller than most. But the management is great as are the employees!

I've been here about 5 or 6 times all the customer service people are very very nice and the place is clean the food that I've gotten here is okay the only reason why I say okay is because my vegetables really don't last that long but that's anywhere but I just noticed a little bit less here all the aisles are clean and this is one of the stores that I've seen that keeps everything intact

Good prices. Great customer service. Happy today. Bought all the supplies to make awesome delicious red chili tamales. Reasonable prices.

You know in today's working world we have to look for good deals everywhere and Food City is never a let down. With Hamburger at 1.77 cents a pound and a sign that there Hamburger was not a part of the recall as soon as you walk in the door that's customer service. Thanks 21st Street in Mcdowell that's why shopping there 35 years since it was a Bashas will stay on my place to shop for quality food.

Best place for fresh vegetables

Mexican food place fruit and vegetable stir fresh and low price as well. Right next door they have a liquor store or and 1/2 liquor store and they have are Jack in the Box as well in the corner and they also have a Family Dollar For your inconvenience

we walked around we found a few items that we needed it was just stopping by real quick but the cashier was super sweet she was very nice everyone was super friendly there

Very nice little grocery store it's kept clean and the lines move pretty fast.

The crazy snow weather in phoenix had me wanting soup. So for the first time I attempted to make Caldo de Res. Not only was I able to find all the ingredients, the young butcher, he was able to point out and suggest beef shank and beef neck bones. It came out perfectly!

Always adorable. And they open at 6 which is very helpful.

I like this location because they aren't as packed as the one on Tempe who only opens 2 registers and they are slow. This location was quick and I was out of there in a timely fashion

Staff is always friendly, the store has great deals, and the store is tidy. I've been going to this location for a few months now and I've had no problems.
